Here’s a solution: consider a Hyde’s Peak Performance service plan. We live in an area that really gives our air conditioning systems a workout. When you become a Peak Performance customer, your heating and air conditioning systems are covered. We guarantee that we’ll be at your home within four hours to diagnose and fix the problem—and that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. In an emergency, Hydes will be there fast to solve your problem, day or night. We offer two exceptional options.

We offer the Peak Performance Express Plan, and the Sun City Peak Performance Plus Plan. Both choices have numerous benefits, including a discount on repairs, Reward Credits and more; all this for little more than the cost of an annual tune-up. 		Q: Why should I invest in a service agreement? A: For peace of mind. If you have a problem with your cooling system, we guarantee to be at your home within four hours to fix it. We only give this kind of around-the-clock, priority service to Peak Performance customers—and that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Plus, our Peak Performance Agreement gives you annual tune-ups for your central air conditioning and heating systems. Q: Why are tune-ups important? A: Annual maintenance for central air and heating systems can save you up to 10% on your energy bills and prevent breakdowns. Some people think they don’t need to tune up their heating system because they don’t use it that much. This is not true! Not only is your heating system “on” more than you realize, but it also works together with your central air system to cool your home. Also, tuning up your heating system allows us to check for dangerous carbon monoxide leaks. Q: Is it worth the cost? A: Yes! It’s a great bargain. The cost of your Peak Performance Agreement is actually cheaper than if you purchased separate tune-ups for your heating and cooling equipment. In addition, for all covered repairs we deduct 15%. The annual price of the Peak Performance Agreement is less than what most people pay for a daily cup of coffee. Q: What are “Hyde’s Reward Credits”? A: Each year that you are enrolled in the Peak Performance Agreement you earn $100 in Reward Credits you can use toward the purchase of a new system to replace your current heating and central air system. What’s more, there is no limit on the amount of credits you can accumulate! It’s our way of rewarding you for your loyalty. Q: Is all the service done by your own people? A: Yes. We maintain a full-time staff of highly trained technicians who are certified by NATE (North American Technician Excellence) and regularly attend courses to stay up to date with the latest technology. Our technicians are qualified to work on all types of heating and cooling systems. Q: I have two cooling systems in my home. Will a Peak Performance Agreement cover both systems? A: Yes. About half of our customers have two cooling systems, so we’ve designed our coverage to include multiple systems, if needed, as well as “packaged” rooftop units. 		Priority service: Peak Performance customers are the only customers who are guaranteed emergency service on nights, weekends and holidays. We will respond within four hours. Plus, first and last appointments of the day are reserved exclusively for Peak Performance customers. We guarantee our tune-up. If we tune up your system and you need a repair within the next six months, we will credit your account with the cost of the tune-up. Your property will be respected. We always clean our work area after we finish a job, and to protect your home, our technicians and installers always lay down drop cloths and wear booties. We only use our own skilled technicians. We never use subcontractors. We only use new parts. Unlike some companies, we never install rebuilt parts when repairing your system.
