Performed evaluation and maintenance on 4 ton split horizontal system. Freon unit that has manufature date of 2004. 15 yrs old. System is operational but has signs of normal ware and tear. The recommendation for systems over 12 yrs old and use freon should be considered for replacement. Freon is the refrigerant that the system uses and has been phasing out since 2010 and will stop production 2020. The system is operational so it would be up to the homeowner to replace the equipment so they don’t have to deal with these up coming issues and also break downs obviously during the hottest days of the years.
Isolation test will return in a week
Performed ac service see report. Added 3 lbs freon. Client aware of phase out and we will re-evaluate next year.
change name Schwartz performed ac service on one system. System is operational and within man spec. Installed starting capacitor.

Performed ac service. Washable filter.need Honeywell bulb in fall.
Found system iced. We have history of adding during maintenance services. System will have to thaw before actual diagnostic but with history I’m sure it’s refrigerant. This system is a r22 freon system. I would recommend replacing the equipment due to age and phase out. Client is going to call homewarranty and see what they will do.
Client wants up to go back and fix condenser control wire.
Check me. System needed 2 lbs r22. Made client aware system is well beyond life expectancy and refrigerant flow is restricted. Fixed device.
Bad blower. Client replacing equipment.

Performed ac service on 2 systems. Both systems are operational but beyond life expectancy. They are aware of equipment. No big red flags but systems are showing signs of ware.
