I stay with Hyde's for a reason & that is because they are so nice ! Just friendly enough , polite, attentive & so professional as well . The best tech of them all came to my home yesterday & I was so very happy with Jeff Sproul, he is on the ball & knew just what to do to get this AC running properly in a prompt & professional & friendly way , he can come back here any time I need a technician, he is really knowledgeable , you can see he knows what he is doing ! I am cool again & happy with Hyde's ! Thank You so much Jeff Sproul ,you are the only AC tech guy I want to maintain my AC unit ! Hydes AC installed a Mitsubishi/American Standard split ductless 3 zone AC system in my new Cavco Park Model, and I am an extreamly satisfied customer. The cost was very reasonable. Hydes installers are technical experts and they effectively installed the system without any delay or issues. The system works great and my new home is ready for summer in the Cochella Valley.

Wow! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jonathan , Josh, and Jesus were to work with. Very professional and easy to work with. Explaining in detail how the system worked and making sure everything was perfect before they left our home. Service tech was a young AC recruit and performed professionally in his service work. Answered questions directly and gave very good advise recommending a safety switch on the water intake tube and installing it.making sure it functioned as indented. He explained the purpose of the safety switch and that the AC will shut down if the water tube becomes clogged.Extremely pleased with his service ability.

The maintenance man from Hyde’s A/C arrived within expected time frame. He brought booties which I appreciated as I have expensive hard wood floors. He proceeded to inspect and do maintenance on my year old furnace and A/C. He also changed the filters and a plumbing line. All in all, the appt took about an hour. He was both professional, courteous and friendly. He provided paperwork certification and reminded me that the Indio town inspectors would be out the following day.Thank for the great service!

Christopher from Hyde’s came to my house for regular maintenance and filter change. He was very friendly and personable. He took care while moving throughout my house, and he did a thorough inspection. While checking my HVAC unit, Christopher came across an electrical outlet that had green goo coming out of it. An electrician from Hyde’s came and quickly resolved the problem. I was pleased with the service I got.

Greg DeFondes of Hydes was timely, efficient, professional, friendly and, in addition to providing full maintenance on our two systems, took the time to explain each of our system, their operation and status. In a nutshell, Greg was an excellent representative of Hydes.Additionally, we have ordered extra equipment from Hydes, and we will make every effort to schedule our availability around that of Greg's so he can do the installations.
