8/27 Hyde’s A/C Jeff did a great job resolving the Thermostat issue in the Master Bed Room – the replacement part was incorrect for the Main House A/C – Jeff took down part number and serial number to office cold re-order. I will be called when the part comes in…naturally we would like Jeff to handle the call – he has the best understanding our system.

Both indoor units had an E1 era code which is a communication error. Check both communication wires and fittings. Reset system system is now operating and heating properly. If system stops eating again we may have to change the outdoor circuit board.

Check both heater attic working properly clean condensation line

Comfort heater service on 2013 American standard split system. Fau located inside hallway attic(working from the ladder). Checked all heater components, static pressure, volts, amps and temperature split. Replaced filter in return grill. Removed battery back up on thermostat so the replace battery sign would go away. Thermostat is hard wired. Advised on electrical serves. Sent over estimate to replace four hard wired smoke detectors throughout the home. Advised on whole house panel tune up and surge protection special we are running. Sent over estimate.
