I Performed Maintenance on all 3 Heating Systems. Also replaced a 20x25 18x25 and washable Filters. All 3 Heating Systems are 2013 models located in the outside closets and one package unit located on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drains. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Upon arrival system would heat and then shut off. With further inspection I discovered the inducer draft motor had debris plug in the exhaust airflow. Remove debris from in flu pipe and cycled system. System now heating properly. Inducer blower wheel was Damage due to falling debris. Emailed client estimate on replacement and to hard pipe gas line out of furnace cabinet.
Preformed a semi annual heating service on three York split system. One furnace is located in attic master bedroom closet attic. Two furnaces are located in garage. Condensers are located on ground. Changed two 20x25. 14x25 filters located at furnace and one in ceiling. Followed sequence of operation and tested capacitor, amps, voltage, heating safety switch and temperature rise. Cleared out condensation drain lines. Cleaned out burners, electrical and furnace. Three thermostats checked out ok. Equipment checked out operational at this visit furnaces in the Garage, capacitor checked out of range, 15uF. 7.5uF Both to be replaced in summer visit.
Performed a semi annual heating service on three 2016 carrier Split systems. One furnace is located on outside closet two furnaces are located in attic. Access is located in office. Changed Three 14x14. Three 20x20. 20x30 Filter is located throughout the house and the Casita. Three condensers are located on the ground 3 ton And two 5 ton. Follow the sequence of operation tested volts, amps, heating safety switch and temperature rise. Exhaust pipe was leaking condensation. I redid pipe and clamps. Exhaust pipe is operational. Cleared out condensation drain lines. Cleaned out burners, electrical furnace and platform. Three thermostats checked out ok Equipment checked out operational at this visit

Upon arrival found system calling for heat but unit not operating. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty pressure switch that would not close when calling for heat. Adjust pressure switch and shorten pressure switch hose. System is now heating properly
