Cooling service on four 2024 American Standard platinum split POV systems and a 2016 split heat pump system. Changed out filters located throughout Home and filter racks and upper wall. Air handlers are located in separate outside closet and garage. Condensation line were cleared at Jones valves, verified proper operation for water safety switches. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, comma verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors. Verified refrigerant levels and temperature splits and cycle equipment. No current/pass error code at thermostats or CDA, thermostats checked out operational. Washed condensing coils. systems are within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Performed annual AC maintenance on two 2003 American standard split heat pumps. Customers filters did not need to be changed at this time but client would like to start using 1 inch filters. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, and start kit also cleaned electrical compartment and insured all wires were tight and secure, making good contact. Check refrigerant levels, super heat, subcool, and temperature split. Flush condensation line and washed condensing coils. Cycled system from Honeywell T6 thermostat. Thermostats are operational. Found all electrical components and refrigerator levels to be within manufactured specifications. Both systems are operating and cooling properly at time of service

Performed annual AC maintenance on five carrier split systems. Changed filters throughout the home two 14 x 14, 2/20x 30, 24 x 24, 20 x 20 and 16 x 16. Checked amps, volts, capacitors and start kit. Check refrigerant levels, super heat, sub, cool, and temperature. Cycle system from Honeywell 6000 thermostats. Thermostats are operational. Flash condensation line from outside termination and wash condensing coils. Unit number 8967 has a weak run and start capacitor. Unit 2161 and unit 4881 both condenser fan motors are operating over max weighted amps recommend replacement before failure. Emailed estimate for recommendations.

Comfort ac service on 2017 American standard platinum zoned split system. Fau located inside closet, condenser on west side of home. Replaced filter, checked condensate pump and washed coils. Washed mini split filters. Blew out dusty electrical compartment. Pre booked next visit.

Upon arrival, turned living room system unit 8N2F onto cool but only blower motor would operate. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty dual run capacitor and condenser fan motor. Installed new capacitor and condenser fan motor and cycled system. System is now operating and cooling properly.

In all the years I have had Hydes I have never had someone who did not even get into the attic. He explained to me why (green light) but that just seems so different from all the years you have been servicing my air conditioners. It seemed like a very quick service. I have much more to share but there does not seem to be a place to do this. I would very much like to have the same tech. every time. I do not feel like I am a valued customer.
