It’s extremely hot outside 110 and my new bosch a/c wasn’t cooling below 88! Yikes! I’m miserable and he came out within an hour, got up on the roof, identified the problem immediately and now finally it’s beginning to cool off. Bless you!

Upon arrival, client stated system was running all day without cooling efficiently, but has now began to drop 1°. Checked refrigerant levels temperature split and insured. All dip switches were correct and compressor is ramping up into higher stages. System has a 20° delta T.

Upon arrival client stated bedroom unit S#728L not keeping temp, indoor temp 80° not dropping to desired set point of 78°. Previous tech added 2lbs of Freon to unit. Unit is low again on Freon. Added 2lbs of Freon, temperature split at 20°. Client signed estimate for leak search and requested tech to return to perform leak search in September. Will notify office to schedule return. System is cooling properly at this time of service. Previous tech found leak at schrader core and replaced. Performed leak check at schrader and confirmed no leaks.

Compressor motor is running and starting according to manufacturer specifications. Thermostat/disconnect box: good. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 20x25 filter and cleaned washable filter. I also flushed both the condensate drains. Both Cooling Systems are 2019 and 2014 models located on opposite sides of the home. Cleaned condenser coils thoroughly from the inside out. Verified start and run capacitors are testing within proper parameters. Also verified proper system amperages and refrigeration levels. At the time of today’s service both Cooling systems are checking out operational and within manufactures specifications. Scheduled next Maintenance visit online.

I Performed Maintenance on both Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 18x30 16x30 and 14x14 Filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2022 Heat Pump models located in the laundry room attic and outside on the ground. Flushed both the condensate drain lines from the outside. Verified refrigerant temperatures are within proper parameters as well system amperages. I also checked dual run capacitors and both tested within specifications. I then cleaned condenser coils. At the time of today’s service both Cooling systems checked out operational. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

Upon arrival, turn unit 0077 onto cool but only blower motor would operate. With further inspection I discovered system was getting 24 V at the wire nuts, but not at the contactor indicating a pressure switch. Reset high-pressure switch checked amps on compressor, and condenser fan motor also check refrigerant levels. System is operating and cooling properly at this time.
