Upon arrival found blower and condenser fan motors running, compressor was not, found weak 80uF capacitor reading 0.0. Informed client and got approval for replacing capacitor. Found and replaced plugged 20x30 filter. Temperature split at 19°. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service. Signed client up on HFCC, paid via CC

Upon arrival client stated system had no power with nothing turning on, found extension outlet switch was set to the off position. Turned extension outlet back on and system turned on. Cycled system and checked refrigerant levels and electrical components. Everything checked out in range. System is working properly at this time of service.

Upon arrival client stated daughter accidentally tipped over condenser, suction line has a hole causing refrigerant to leak out. Client signed quote to fix leak and charge system. Fixed suction line, repair leak, pressurize system, vacuum to 500microns, and charge system with refrigerant. System is working properly at this time of service.

Upon arrival system was calling for cool but only blower motor operating. With further inspection I discovered system had an overheated compressor due to a faulty condenser fan motor. Installed new condenser fan motor with capacitor and test system. System is now operating and cooling properly.

Removed bad drive for living area unit. Installed new drive and tested in cooling and heating. System properly running. Filled out Howard warranty form and turn drive in.

Comfort ac service on (3)2022 American standard platinum heat pumps and casita ductless. Replaced filters throughout the house. Washed ductless filters and coils. Performed heating maintenance on(2) 2000 Lennox gas furnaces in closet attic access. Venstar and Honeywell 3000 thermostats working properly. Homeowner noticed living room unit with venstar thermostat was not heating when they tried, she used temp gin and saw it was cold at registers and that it wouldn’t turn off and blower kept running. Tested at thermostat and sequence of operations was performed first try to completion. Tested multiple times and found no issue, may be intermittent issue. Homeowner has home warranty, recommended having Hyde’s out for fall maintenance before they start heating, sometime around October. Cleaned off mechanical platform. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned out debris from burner compartments. Checked amps, volts, capacitors, heat rise, carbon monoxide levels. Systems are heating properly at time of service.

Performed precision tune up on a Lennox 3phase 5ton package unit. Replaced 8)16x25 filters located in package unit. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature split, Freon levels, cleared condensation lines, assured blower motor belt is properly tightened, and secured electrical connections. No water access to rinse condenser coils. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2013 Carrier split system. Changed 20x24 filter at upstairs closet furnace. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned condenser coil. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Honeywell 3000 thermostat working properly. Recommended replacing with a smart thermostat that can be controlled by mobile phone for convenience as she’s looking into replacement. Checked amp, volts, refrigerant charge and temperature split (20). Removed debris from around condenser. System is cooling properly at time of service.

Performed a cooling maintenance on two systems one a Bosch package unit the other a platinum split system unit. Upon arrival turned unit on after Diagnostic found unit was restricted unit is r 22 sent estimate for replacement

Homeowner to inform homeowner that we need to add refrigerant. Client did not answer at this time will send estimate. System is cooling down the house at this time, but will struggle when temperature temperatures start to rise outside.
