Installed new high limit switch and test system from circuit board system worked properly.When testing system from thermostat system doesnâ€™t work.With further inspection discovered system to have a faulty zone panel.Clints have home warranty and will see if we can install new panel.Gaveclint estimate on replacement.

Performed comfort heater service checked burners blower amps and motors replaced filter cleaned drain checked electrical wires and connections. Homeowner mentioned she has no hot water in back of home. I suggested a water circulation pump, we also need to run power to the water heater for the the circulation pump quoted $1400.00

Performed annual heater maintenance on two 2002 Amana split systems and one 2002 Amana split heat pump. All systems are located inside two separate attics. Attic access is located inside the garage and inside master closet. Changed 20 x 30 x 1, 14 x 30 x 1 and two 14 x 14 x 1 filters. Checked amps, volts, Temperature rise and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures also flushed condensation lines. All three systems are operating and heating properly at time of service. Spoke with client about surge protectors and water safety switches.

I installed new Focus 6000 Thermostat and tested the system. I also advised on adding a Water Safety Switch for the system in the main house. Homeowner to advise I advised homeowner for Casita System that the Access for the Heat Pump Unit is not very good and to have her gardener remove the trees so we have better access to the unit. Client only wants Maintenance on the main house unit only. Signed her up on the monthly.

I Performed Maintenance on all 3 Heating Systems. Also replaced a 5)12x18 6x20 and 24x36 Filters. All 3 Heating Systems are 2017 models located in the attic. I also flushed all 3 condensate drains. The furnaces are located in the master bedroom closet attic and garage attic. I inspected duct work for all 3 systems and I found that the Ducting that does the master bedroom and office is original and starting to deteriorate. I advised client that the ducting should be replaced. Will send over quote to client. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Upon arrival I found two GFIâ€™s were bad. Replaced and tested all is working correctly. When turning on the timer that supplies power to the fountain found that the current carrying conductor was shorting out to the ground. Pulled a new conductor and all is working correctly.Recommending for the two gang weatherproof cover to be replaced
Installed overload current protection for both new condensing unit. Installed a whole house surge protection. Installed a nest smoke/carbon monoxide detector. Installed two water sensors. Downloaded the app to the customers phone for the water detectors. Placed one water detector at the kitchen sink and the other located at the refrigerator.
