Rooftop attic check both heater system clean condensation line replace filter system heating properly
I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x25 filter. The system is a 2018 model located in the garage. I also flushed the condensate drain. I also installed customer supplied thermostat and tested both heat and cool. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Need to put 15 amp fuses in disconnect and change breaker to 15 amp Installed a 1 Ton Mitsubishi 25 Seer.
I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 filter. The system is a 2016 model located in the attic. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Upon arrival client stated she heard a noise from the attic. Found no noise from hvac system but from a smoke detector. Replaced battery in smoke detector and detector continued to make noise. Found smoke detector was faulty. Replaced smoke detector and wired in new three pin connector. Advised client on having others that can fail. Advised office will call with pricing to replace all detectors or change all batteries in four smoke detectors.

We will be installing a new 60 Amp Load Center. The load center will be located in the garage. We will chase directly through the Exterior panel directly into the garage setting the load center. We will run a new 20 amp 240 V circuit for the mini split through the attic. The attic entrance is located on the roof. From the new load center in the garage we will route three-quarter EMT up into the attic. Please see attached pictures for breakers, location of panel and Location of mini split condensing unit

Performed service on 1 hp system. Out in September and did note restriction. Todayâ€™s ref4igerant levels are within man. Spec. I let them know theses things some5imes resolve them selfs so no need to order part. Letâ€™s reevaluate in the spring. Told to call in May.

Performed furnace maintenance on New American Standard horizontal gas FAU located in hallway attic access. Cleared out condensate drain and changed 20x25 filter. Monitored all heating and electrical components and all were operating to specifications. Took heat rise and static pressure readings and both were to nameplate ranges.
Performed a semi annual heating service on a 2018 American standard Split system. Furnace is located in attic. Attic access is located in hallway. 4 ton condenser is located on ground. Changed out 20x30 filter located in ceiling. Follow the sequence of operation tested volts, amps, heating safety switch and temperature rise. Cleared out condensation drain lines. Cleaned out electrical, burners, furnace and platform. Ducts are attached to equipment. Thermostat checked out ok Equipment checked out operational at this visit.
Performed furnace maintenance on two heat pumps both located in separate accesses. Cleared condensate drains and changed filters. Took temp rise and both were at proper levels. Static pressure was within specifications. All electrical and heating components were operating to specifications. Both coils and blower wheels were clean and noise freel
Upon arrival I found two GFIâ€™s to be damage. Replaced tested and all is working correctly.

Upon arrival I received a checklist from the home inspection report. Cleared condensation lines for HVAC equipment in the attic. Strapped the gas line in the attic that services natural gas to the common area unit of the property. Re-insulated the suction line on the system that supplies air to the bedrooms.
