Upon arrival client stated error code 126. Found issue is low voltage communication. Wires need 12 volts dc and was reading 16 volts dc. Swapped out common wire and system now has 12 volts dc. Advised on low voltage wire may need to run a new one in the future however due to cement will be hard.

Performed AC Cooling maintenance on (2) American Standard Platinum split systems. Replaced (2) 16x25 filters with garage upflow FAUs. Cleared condensation drains from jones valves and confirmed they’re open after. Checked 1050 thermostats for operation, alerts, history, reminders. Both thermostats are working properly. Rinsed down condenser coils as well as ductless condenser coil and washable filters. Cleaned out dust and debris from Drive compartments. Whole home surge protection led light on. Cycled systems at 100% and checked all system parameters, electrical side and refrigerant charges. 22°-23° temperature splits. Systems are working properly at time of maintenance.

Sent estimates why recommending replacement systems are R 22 no longer manufactured Freon systems are 20+ years old because they are customer is risking the compressor to burn out and other system to leak Freon as well.. I offered two estimates the first estimate is for two platinums 5 tons which are the most efficient systems we offer because they are completely variable speed systems with up to 750 speeds. The second estimate is for two 5ton gold system which are the mid-level tier and have five speeds. They are also great systems second to only the platinum system. Just depends on cost and what the customer wants to spend. And casita system is a 2 ton

Called client no answer left message informing client that the supply house said it will take about two weeks for the motor to arrive. Also told client once we have motor in hand we will call and schedule replacement of condenser fan motor.

Performed a three system maintenance/ split systems. Condensers located on ground/ furnaces are located in garage and outdoor mechanical closet.Rinsed washable filter, changed 16x25. Replaced weak capacitor, contactor and starter kit on Lennox unit- Recommend replacement on bedroom equipment to avoid multiple potential problems, bedroom equipment in poor condition past life expectancy. Replaced basic parts to help prevent potential breakdowns.
