Our air unit naturally stopped working late in the day, after 5:00 pm, and Chris from Hydes was here in a couple hours. It was 118 that day and I thought service might not happen until the next day because many other units were probably going down as well. Fortunatelythat was not the case and Chris got us up and running again, thanks Chris! That's why we have been with Hydes for many years.

Performed a semi annual cooling service on four split system Refrigerant checked out OK Two R22 two R410A Electrical checked out OK Compressor checked out OK Condensing fan motor checked out OK Contactor checked out OK Capacitor checked out OK Thermostat checked out OK Cleared condensation lines with CO2 Rinsed condensing unit out with H2O Changed filters located in the home 20x30. 20x20. 2-12x24. 14x30 one washable / location furnace Recommended hard start kit for all units to prevent over amping.
Found the walk-in beer cooler to be 2lbs Low on 407c refrigerant The system is particularly iced up. Walk in dropped 10 degrees after charging
Found condenser fan wires were hit by fan. Repaired wires and sighed client on comfort plan. 16x30
Replaced warranty coil, pressurized and pulled pulled vacuum, guages need to be checked out gave weird readings during vacuum
This house has 3 servicable systems. Guest house is down right now and I did not service. I did service the two for the main house which I assume is no charge from installation done.

I Performed Maintenance on both of the Cooling Systems. Also cleaned a washable and replaced a 14x14 Filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2017 and 2018 models located on the ground. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.

Service Cooling two times inform client that units are at the end of their life expectancy and very surprise serial number 0984 refrigerant numbers were good looks like a leak at condenser but again refrigerant numbers are good recommend dual run capacitor for each unit due to age Client renewed with monthly check account
Found rodents have eaten the control wiring going to the high and low pressure cut offs. Had to disassemble condenser to get to wires to repair. Signed on hfcp. Also cc declined.

At air handler located upstairs unit working upon arrival lower thermostat to turn system back on unit ran for a while then stopped without reaching Set point low voltage issue â€”- install temporary thermostat at furnace 10:30pm ( existing thermostat is prestige with interface module) Need to return and install new thermostat at wall didnâ€™t want to mess with possible wiring issue this evening ( bad wire at wall???) RETURNED Install and Relocate thermostat (5000) client purchased monthly plan with cc office to call and schedule 1st service which will be winter
Found system low again just added on Saturday. Advised they need a system replacement. Client will call after talking to husband.

Check cooling system working properly one FAU inside master bedroom closet the other is OUTSIDE above CONDENSER Recommend mini split for casita
Comfort ac service on 2018 heat pump split system. Fau located inside garage. Checked all ac components, freon levels, volts, amps, capacitors and temperature split. Washed coils, replaced filters and cleared lines. House has two systems but we are just servicing the new system under the free year. See install pictures. Other system is packaged unit on roof.
Returned to replace txv and performed ac service. 20x25 filter.
