After Diagnostic found water safety switch was triggered cleared condensation line unit is up and cooling also signed up client back on comfort plan

Replaced all of blower assembly and tested system operation. System is running and cooling home properly. No more noise coming from master bedroom. Client also wanted new thermostat put on and connected to WiFi app. Installed s200 WiFi thermostat and assisted client with app.

Installed (2) 4 Ton American Standard Gold 17 upflow Split Heat Pump System.

Performed annual maintenance on the American Standard 5 ton 2018 package unit. Replaced the 24” × 24” air filter; no ladder was required. Checked the Honeywell thermostat and verified that the system is calling for cooling properly and reaching the customer’s set point. Performed operational checks, including: Supply-air temperature: 59°F * Compressor amperage: checked and found within normal operating range * Compressor startup amperage: checked * Capacitor: rated 40/7.5 µF and measured approximately 40 µF * Condensate drain: draining properly * System operation: checked and operating properly The system is currently operating normally and cooling down as expected.

Upon arrival, member reported water leaking from the indoor air handler located inside the closet. Member had previously been instructed to shut the system off to help prevent additional water damage. Inspected the condensate drainage system and found a significant accumulation of dirt, dust, sludge, organic buildup, and debris restricting the primary condensate drain. The HVAC condensate line ties into the bathroom sink drain, where additional heavy debris accumulation was found that was contributing to restricted drainage. Utilized the existing Jones valve to thoroughly clear the primary condensate line. The bathroom sink drain and condensate termination connection were also cleared, with a substantial amount of accumulated debris removed and documented during service. Installed a new condensate water safety switch with the appropriate riser. The safety switch was added to provide additional protection by interrupting HVAC operation in the event the condensate line becomes restricted

Performed a cooling maintenance on an A2L Bosch package. Replaced filter and checked thermostat operation. Documented temperature delta T. Cleaned motherboard with CO2 tank and checked voltage, refrigerant circuit diagnostics and amperage at motherboard. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance. Neighbor locked and secured the home.

Gave customer a phone call to discuss running power for a lighted address sign on front pillar of courtyard.

Found 2026 American Standard r454b 4-ton Silver system outdoor unit contactor losing 24v. Homeowner stated it was running and cooling upon my arrival , stopped last night around 8pm and came back on around 3pm. Float switch was dry, made sure capped before trap and open vent after. Checked Ecobee setup for any scheduling and nothing found that would cause it. Was checking wiring and outdoor contactor disengaged. Checked at indoor and outdoor unit connection points for thermostat wiring and all looked good, did find splice from original condenser thermostat wire to new section going to condenser electrical compartment. As unwrapping electrical tape unit came on. So I pulled our disconnect and checked all connections. I cut back ends and re-stripped the ends and put new wire nuts, checked old one and one may have had ends slightly broken at very end/tips. Then wrapped it all up again with electrical tape. After Diagnostic found unit that serves bedroom room has a burnt smell blower motor going out due to age of systems we will be installing 2 17 seers Monday the 17 from 8 to 10 homeowner has to be on site to contact security company to switch thermostat from straight cool to heat pump we are using same thermostats client will be paying with card on file

Performed Annual Maintenance – 4 Ton American Standard Split System (2022) Replaced the 20” × 25” air filter in the air handler located in the exterior closet. * Cleared the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage and prevent water backup. * Checked cooling operation and verified supply air at 57 * Inspected system operation, including refrigerant levels, compressor performance, and controls. * Checked the outdoor unit and thermostat for active alerts; no significant alerts were observed. * Washed down the outdoor condenser coil. * System is currently operating properly * Client reported that the thermostat is not accurately calibrating the temperature. * Will provide an estimate for installation of a wireless temperature sensor to improve temperature monitoring and control.

Found mitigation board sensor plugged into sensor 2 not sensor one so blower was constantly running. Moved plug and cycled system three times. Went over thermostat and removed error codes due to not finishing setting up thermostat.

Performed annual preventative maintenance on the 2021 5-ton Platinum Series split system. * Replaced the 20” × 30” air filter. * Checked the 1050 thermostat and verified the cooling range. * Performed operational checks and verified refrigerant levels. * Checked compressor and system amperage. * Checked for system alerts; unit is operating with no active alerts. * Cleared the condensate drain line to ensure proper drainage. * Performed maintenance on the mini-split filters and coil. * Washed and cleaned the outdoor coil. * System is operating properly at this time with no active alerts. Performed a cooling maintenance on a split Lennox. According to refrigerant temperature and pressure, system was slightly low on refrigerant. Charged system with 1 pound, bringing subcool temperature to manufacture specifications. Washed outdoor unit, checked capacitor and took electric motor amp draw. Client paid via C. C. Disconnect box/thermostat: good. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Installing 3 ton American Standard Silver 14 heat pump with Coleman air handler.

Returned to complete previously recommended condensate drainage repairs. During the previous service visit, the equipment’s condensate drain was found connected into multiple existing rooftop condensate lines. The shared drain configuration was creating improper drainage conditions and allowing condensate to encounter resistance and flow/back up toward the equipment. A temporary repair was performed during the previous visit, and installation of a dedicated condensate drain was recommended. Upon today’s return visit, inspected the existing condensate drain configuration and determined the best available route for a dedicated drain from the equipment to the existing exterior termination. Due to corrosion present at the equipment drain connection, the existing P-trap was left in place to prevent unnecessary disturbance or possible damage to the evaporator drain pan connection. Accessed the evaporator compartment and thoroughly cleared the existing P-trap to verify that it was free of res

Condenser fan motor failed. Replaced fan motor and was able to get equipment working. Existing equipment is 2007 in very poor condition with multiple additional potential problems. Will schedule to install new equipment.

Inspected mini split Condensation leak. Apon inspection diagnosed that air handler was sloping to the left causing all the water to accumulate on the left side of pan causing it to over flow. Switch drain hose from right side to left side
