Mini splits not working, have power though once turned off the blade shuts and not working properly. Verified proper voltage 240v. Rebooted electrical circuit and now operating properly.

Take apart condenser top and wiring. Install compressor blanket around compressor. Put back together after and test decibels. Cannot guarantee it will resolve noise issue to a satisfactory level. No warranty. Installed compressor blanket. Tested after with homeowner and neighbor next to condenser. I as well as homeowner (ed Rainey) felt it sounds normal now, and less than before. Didn’t have previous decibel levels recorded, but now getting 71db. Which is in line with standard decibels for a silver system. Partial install, original furnace. Labor warranty expired. Neighbor would still ant to see if can be quieter, I informed all we can do is replace compressor at $2340. They would like me to see if I can reach out to American Standard or management can to see if they can waive cost for replacement. I informed them due to parts and labor warranties already offered and labor has expired and system has been installed. 2 years they would still require the labor chart because part warranty

Fixed up some wiring and thermostat (P200) configuration. Tested system from thermostat for heat and cool modes. System is now properly heating when in heat mode. (30° split) and cool mode when called for (20° split). Installers did great job, everything else checks out great.

Completed a heating maintenance on a split platinum heat pump. Executed static pressure and blower motor amp draw testing. Cycled system in heating and checked temperature heat rise. Refrigerant circuit diagnostic – good. Replaced filter and cleared condensate drain line. System is heating the home at the time of maintenance.

Cleared out condensation Line to drain properly. No alerts found on system . Washed down condenser fan coils and checked circuit board. System is communicating properly. Found contactor to be pitted with resistance value noting eminent failure. Recommend replacing before contactor is welded shut. Estimate sent via email. Air handler is located in hallway closet, changed it out 20 x 25 filter located in filter rack, verified proper operation for water safety switch, cleared condensation line at air handler. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, Washed condensing coil, no current/past error code at CDA or thermostat, thermostat checked out OK. System is within manufacturers specifications and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Cleared all electrical components and burners of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, verified proper operation for safety switch (cooling) zero carbon monoxide detected, added riser for proper operation of safety, condensation line was cleared at FAU, member also stated that Grand bedroom does not get a much heating verified history and found multiple technicians out and have given offers for possible solutions, will give member estimate for 1.5 ductless unit.

Heating service on two Bryant 2019 split systems. Furnaces are located in separate outside closets changed out 14 x 24 and 20 x 30 filters located in lower wall and ceiling. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, recommended water safety switches for both systems and Jones clear out valves to prevent any damage to electrical components and platform of home due to condensation overflow from congested line and Jones valve to thoroughly clear line preventing any restrictions. Will send estimates, zero carbon monoxide detected, thermostats, checked out OK. Systems are within manufacturer specifications, and heating and operating properly at this time of service.

Calls but no answer. Left a voicemail explaining we’ve ordered a compressor blanket for his next door neighbors system. Also informed him that if that doesn’t satisfy his noise levels that the only other option is major repair , but it’s for his neighbor who bought a coil/condenser from Hyde’s. Homeowner has a Venstar T1700 locked out , on heat mode with OF for setpoint. Homeowner has guests that stay here and she just got back in town. Informed homeowner thermostat was in lockout mode (not due to any faults) and I unlocked it. As far as OF that’s and indicator of being out of allowed setpoint. After unlocking thermostat functions, I increased temperature in heat mode, next temp up after OF was 38°. Increased until above indoor temp of 73° and red light came on indicating system is running heat mode. Went on roof (best access on left side of home by trash cans, slide door and can setup ladder on flat part of roof). (2) 2014 Lennox gas heat package units. Verified system that uses thermostat that was locked out ( by kitchen) was running in heat mode, blower running, 45° heat rise. System and thermostat now both working properly.
