Chris identified the problem quickly and replaced the old, shorting breakers with new ones on the spot. Afterwards the initial problem (non-working fridge electrical outlet) was still not solved. More investigation and the loose wire was detected. Promptly repaired and problem solved. All done with a smile. We received the call ahead making it easy to prepare for Chris' arrival. We called in the morning hoping to get service that day, and indeed we did. All in all very pleased.
