Comfort ac service on platinum split system. Fau located inside closet. Replaced filter, washed coils and cleared lines. Checked freon levels and amps. Reset filter timer. Reset date and time on thermostat.

Checked refrigerant levels, superheat, sub cool and temperature split . Washed condensing coil and flushed condensation lines. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacture specifications. Both systems are operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Results from isolation test showed evaporator coil in attic is leaking. I took pictures of coil and got copies of receipt from homeowner. 5ton Horz aspen coil from Amana. Got signed repair invoice, heâ€™ll call and schedule. Installation of evaporator.
Installed a new four ton evaporator coil under warranty. Pressurized line set. Found no leaks in line set.

Found compressor dropout, gave estimate on condenser/ coil and a 3 ton up flow with 96% fau,
Check system found capacitor out range and low 2 pounds of 410@ replace capacitor and added 2 pounds system working properly at this time. Prefer frank v if possible
Upon arrival I found the system to be extremely low on 410 a refrigerant. We are going to be replacing the upflow evap coil under warranty. Our client has gave us authorization to replace the line set and go through the equipment closet roof and run on top of the roof back and back down the wall to the condensing unit. Right now the line set is ran underground approximately almost 80 feet. We need to perform the isolation test First on the line set. So that we do not charge double for refrigerant If line set and needs replaced
