Estimate to install 2 American Standard Gold 17 splithorizontal split heat pump POV systems. Financing available for 0 % for 18 months OAC.
Performed annual AC maintenance on 2005 Lennox split system FAU located inside attic. Attic access located inside laundry room. Change 20 x 25 x 1 filter. Installed air oasis air purifier. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and all other electrical components within the system. Checked refrigerant levels, super, super cool and temperature split. Flush condensation line and watch condensing coil. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacture specifications. Spoke with client about age of system but system is Operating and cooling properly at this time.

Found living room system blower not running. Replaced run capacitor and cooled down blower. Replaced two 20 x 25 filters. Make sure both systems are now operational. Systems are well beyond life expectancy and it is recommended to replace equipment. Gave quote client has 2 weeks to receive repair money back towards replacement.

Ran 1/2 emt through both roofs. Ran low voltage thermastate wire and removed existing running through front door.
I performed a maintenance on (2) cooling systems and I found that the bedroom system t.x.v is malfunctioning and I advise client about the system. Then I changed out (2) filters and flushed out the condensation drain located on the ground
Dropped off permit and ladder. Installed 30Amp breaker, installed 30 fuse and lock caps. Ready for inspection.

Estimate to replace two complete duct systems including supplies and returns. Add manual dampers for balancing. Move returns into ceiling instead of wall cavity.
No 24 volts at thermostat â€”-â€œCâ€ wire connection button not depressed â€”remove and clean up all wires at thermostat â€”-replaced blown fuse at circuit boardâ€”- thermostat would not display 2nd stage coolingâ€”even with thermostat set very lowâ€”( thermostat still learning new system?) went into â€œproâ€ set up (2 cool) and test mode (2cool)â€”- thermostat is now displaying 2 cool
Found system completely flat Zero psi of refrigerant upon arrival. Existing equipment is 1995 split upflow 4 ton system. Client is selling home and only in town this week. Office to contact Client Monday for installation time and date. Clients are elderly and will be without air until installation is complete. Did discuss possibility of line set leaking underground and will do a nitrogen pressure test During installation To confirm refrigerant system is sealed client is aware that if lineset is leaking additional cost for new lines that will be added. Collected 10% deposit remaining balance due apon completion. Sce account number provided on photo.

We will be installing a new outdoor rated thermostat wire from condensing unit to upflow system. This will require half inch EMT connectors silicone and three eights straps. Weâ€™re scheduled for Monday
Did maintenance on one Lennox cooling system, furnace located in attic, client already changed filters (2) 20 x 30 x 1, 20 x 20 x 1, clean filters on ductless unit located in garage, flushed condensation line through outside termination located next to condensing unit, checked electrical components found LRA At max amps recommended /installed 5-2-1 compressor saver kit All electrical components are now within manufacturers specification, checked refrigerant levels subcool, superheat all are within manufacture specifications. Cleaned condensing coil, system is cooling and operating properly at time of maintenance.
