Wow, performing maintenance. Client informed me that she felt like blower motor was running by itself when system was off. Informed client a wire can be touching, causing blower motor to come on, bad ecobee thermostat or bad circuitboard Rewired G terminal with extra wire and per client request replaced thermostat/ installed ecobee thermostat and paired it to Phone Walked clients through Settings. Tested thermostat to verify operation. Heating equipment, checked out operational and within limits

Upon arrival, turned master bedroom system on to heat, but hot surface igniter would not ignite. Hot surface igniter has been ordered from Howard. igniter should arrive by Friday. Unable to use PO. Use clients name.

Customer lost power to part of their kitchen. The wire got traced all the way to a solar panel. An open breaker was discovered inside of the solar panel. I closed the breaker and power was restored. We will be coming back on 12/06 for a panel tune up.
