Found theatre Nest didnâ€™t have common hooked up. Also added normally closed relay for dampers since they are normally open and energized to close.
The breakers need to be replaced in the meter main panel due to age. The dead front cover of the 200 amp meter main panel also needs to have blanks installed. Somebody has modified the busbars and dropped the main breaker down to accommodate a repair. Replaced all breakers and installed panel schedule and cleaned up panel as needed

Installed a 5 Ton Platinum 20 Upflow Split System that serves the West side of house.
Maintenance on cooling system. Tested equipment and found everything running properly and within limits, washed condenser coils. Filter clean, cleared condensation line.
Tightened comprrssion fittings weight in refigerant. If this happens again bring 5/8 flare nut

Installed a 5 Ton Horizontal Furnace and Evaporator Coil 21 inch FAU and R410A.
Performed annual AC maintenance on two 2004 split systems. Checked amps, volts, capacitor and all other electrical components. Checked refrigerant levels, superheat, and sub cool and temperature split. Installed new 60/7.5 ÂµF capacitor on living room system and also added 1 pound of r22. Both systems are now operating and cooling properly.
