I Performed Maintenance on both the Heating Systems. Also replaced two 20x25 filters. Both Heating Systems are 28 years old located in the attic. The condensers are both 3.5 tons and are a Goodman and Carrier models. I found that the duct work is in very poor shape. I recommended replacing the ducting and replacing both units due to age and condition of systems. Also recommended replacing both 25x20 Filter Return Grilles to bar type Registers. Client has had home warranty due to not being able to afford to replace units because of husband’s medical problems. I mentioned to client about the HERO Program and other financing options. Client would like us to follow up the first week of May to go over replacement and financing options.

Performed annual heater maintenance on 2017 American Standard furnace located in inside closet. Washed washable filter. Checked amps, volts ,temperature rise and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures. System is operating in heating properly. Recommend installing new condensation water pump due to the existing pump been 30 years old
