Arrived to repair breaker and wires from main breaker panel. Confirmed wires to customers home and repaired wires. Installed 100 amp breaker. Attached a heavy duty latch and lock on the exterior of the panel cover to help protect from further tampering.

Pulled all outlets in question out of the wall, determined which wires were the first in line, and installed gfci outlets in their places. Customer will have utility come back out to reconnect property to power, then we will go back out to reconnect home to utility power. Will possibly have to repull wires from meter panel to home if wires are too damaged.

Upon arrival system was calling for cool but only blower motor operating. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty dual run capacitor measuring zero MFD on both compressor and condenser fan motor side. Installed new 40 MFD capacitor and test system.Checked refrigerant levels and amps on both condenser fan motor and compressor. Both condenser fan motor and compressor are both operating at over max rated amps. Also washed condenser coil. Client is aware of systems condition.

The breaker keeps tripping. When we asked why it was happening, James said …it just happens. Now it has tripped off 3 times in 24 hours. That’s a problem. He should have checked the system more thoroughly. Hyde’s installed the breaker box and the new HVAC system. We never had any problems with the older system, so it seems that something your company did is causing the problem. We have spent a total of 35k+ with your company. Please have a manager call us.
