Dropped off warranty book collected ID information and reset GFI in kitchen set up customer to Wi-Fi

We have successfully installed a 4-ton American Standard Platinum 18 downflow heat pump system at the customer's location. The installation involved running new return ducting into the closet, along with the installation of a return grill on the wall in the hallway. Additionally, we extended new low-voltage wiring from the indoor unit to the outdoor unit to ensure optimal functionality of the system.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2005 American Standard 4ton split system. Upflow fau is located in outdoor closet. Replaced 20x25 filter located in blower compartment. Cleared condensation line. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, hard start kit, temperature split, Freon levels, and per clients request did not wash condenser coils. Client stated coils were washed prior to arrival. Thermostat checked out okay. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Today’s annual cooling maintenance consisted of one 2024 American standard silver system I first began with replacing both filters inside the home to ensure proper airflow is maintained at minimum resistance. The Honeywell thermostat is properly calling for cooling and turning the system on. The liquid line and suction line are testing in the correct range, ensuring there’s a proper 20 degree split. The motor is testing in the correct range verifying a controlled voltage is being used. I also thoroughly washed the coils down on the system to ensure it’s cleaned from any debris. Overall this American standard system is operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a split system. Client is a first-time member - enrolled in monthly silver. System is low on refrigerant according to temperature and pressures. Estimate sent to charge system with R410A. Found dual run capacitor to be measuring low, outside of manufacturers recommendations. Estimate sent to replace capacitor. Installed new air filter. Checked running and starting amperage of all motors. System is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival found blower motor and compressor running, condenser fan motor was non-op. Tested capacitor and it checked out in range, fan motor was hot to the touch. Call homeowner and recommended replacing condenser fan motor as well as recommended signing up on HFCP. Client authorize repairs over the phone. Tested and cycled equipment. Everything is cooling properly at this time of service. Charged CC on file. Replaced 20x25 filter located in upflow fau at outdoor closet.

Checked outside condensing unit checked Freon check compressor amps checked fan motor amps. System is working per manufacturer specification home is seating properly.

Filter located at FAU 20 x 25 checked for system sequencing 1050 thermostat isn’t working order no active alerts checked relay panel checked amperage drawer checked outside unit checked Freon and pressure checked compressor amps no active alerts system is working per manufacturer specification home is heating properly.
