Amadore was a very competent fixer of my failing brand new house furnace! But he also helped me understand how the system worked and answered my questions about thermostat alternatives, All of which convinced me he really knew his stuff!!!!!!!
I informed him I had no printer and therefore no paperwork about the new furnace and he told me he would have the office mail me hard copies pf the whole transaction including warranty terms and conditions! So please so that!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully my new furnace will not malfunction gain and my prepaid maintenance schedule will handle the future????????

Thor was great. We would welcome him back as our technician any time!

The only thing to be aware of is that the basic service call and diagnosis fee is $220. However, I assume that covers the labor, as the added cost for our actual minor repair was only $35 (basically, the cost of materials).

They got us an appointment the day after our call, and their workers are unfailingly polite. We use Hyde’s now for all our a/c and heating needs.
