The technician assessed the feasibility of the job and estimated that a full day will be required to replace the coil. Due to space constraints, the return plenum may need to be removed, and it is possible that the entire system will have to be disassembled for the coil replacement.
The evaporator coil replacement was successfully completed, followed by charging the system with refrigerant to secure optimal performance. The job has been finalized satisfactorily.
The installation of a 5-ton American Standard Gold 17 gas heating horizontal system was completed, along with the replacement of an 18-inch return duct. Additionally, a Honeywell S200 WiFi thermostat was installed to provide advanced temperature control and connectivity features.
Installed a 5 Ton American Standard Gold 17 Upflow Split Heat Pump System. The installation process included flushing the system with R11 and achieving a pressure of 300 psi. A thorough vacuum was performed, reaching levels under 500 microns, followed by testing and charging the system with R454B refrigerant. Will need electrical department to run electrical from breaker panel through attic to other side of home. Air handler above side door. Outdoor unit too right side of side entry door in rocks on pad.
The evaporator coil was replaced under the full warranty coverage. The system underwent pressure testing, confirming integrity at 300 psi. A thorough vacuum process was completed, achieving a level of 500 microns, followed by the charging of the system with R410A refrigerant, bringing it to the factory-specified charge level.
The following work was completed: A 5-ton Gold 17 horizontal system was installed. The Lineset was flushed with R11 and nitrogen, and then pressurized to 300 psi to ensure there were no leaks. The system was vacuumed to below 500 microns, after which it was tested and charged with R454B refrigerant. Additionally, a hardwire whip was installed in accordance with code requirements. A new condensate drain pan and a condensate safety switch were also installed. We also replaced both filters. After the completion of the installation, the work area was cleaned, and the customer was guided through the completed tasks. Both zones of the system were confirmed to be functioning properly, and the customer was made aware of the necessary attic access repair, which was communicated to Angelo.

Comprehensive testing and charging of the systems were completed to verify performance.

The invoice includes the installation of two 4-ton American Standard Platinum 18 POV split heat pumps—one horizontal and one upflow. Estimate to install a 1.5 ton American Standard Silver 14 split heat pump.
The following work has been completed: Three HVAC systems were installed, including two Platinum systems with capacities of 4 and 5 tons, and one Silver system with a capacity of 3 tons. All three systems underwent a thorough flushing process. Additionally, two plenums were replaced, and hardwire switches were added to each system. Assistance was provided to Chris in running new low voltage wiring for all three systems.

The installation included two 3-ton American Standard Silver 14 horizontal split heat pumps. The service involved thorough steps to ensure optimal performance: the refrigerant lines were flushed using R-11 and nitrogen, followed by a pressure test of the refrigerant lines to 300 psi. Furthermore, the refrigerant lines were evacuated to a vacuum level of 500 µm. Finally, the system was tested and charged with refrigerant to achieve efficient operation.
Following the technician visit, the work performed included the replacement of a ductless air handler under warranty. The technician ensured that the condensate system is functioning properly with a consistent downward flow, thereby enhancing its operational efficiency.

Installing 3 Ton Platinum 18 Upflow Split Heat Pump. The install is complete, however we had an issue with the condenser circuit board and Izzy will be out tomorrow morning to replace. Also the breaker needs to be changed I added a picture of the breaker.
