Upon arrival found the front unit not cooling. Found blower not coming on. Checked and found no power to the unit. Checked breaker and it was not tripped. Reset breaker and checked unit. Found no power to the unit and after ten seconds I heard the blower come on, rechecked and found power to the unit. Advised issue with breaker panel and will need the electrician to take a look at the panel. Advised we will schedule electrician to come and give his estimate. Sending over pictures and estimate on biological growth inside the packaged units from when I was there on a maintenance last month.
Found serial number 5378 reference Lennox furnace (1994)with faulty circuit board â€”-/ reviewed options with client repair versus replacement evap coil and condenser was replaced in 2012 American standard system refrigerant 410 Aâ€”/ Client will purchase furnace only 17 inch Lonox furnace see estimate ecobee three will be installed at no additional cost Mike Hyde will be handling sending out rebate and estimate No cooling service done at this time Cooling Service will happen after new furnace install
Upon arrival found air code 126. Reset power to condenser and cycled system. Asked if they would like to set up on the phone and they declined.
I performed a maintenance on (1) cooling system and I found that there was a issue with the low voltage wiring and I fixed it and tested. Then I changed out (1) filters located on the roof
I performed a maintenance on (2) cooling systems and I found that everything checked out ok. Then I changed out (4) filters client supplied located on the ground

Comfort heater service on 2019 platinum split system and 2003 split system. Replaced filters throughout the house. Checked all ac components, Freon levels, volts, amps and capacitors. Cleared lines and washed coils. Remounted capacitor is 2003 unit because it was taped to other capacitor.
Upon arrival client stated living area thermostat would not go down. Held down button and system turned down. Advised client thermostat works but is old. Client will leave thermostat for now. Showed options fo new thermostat. Courtesy call because I preformed the maintenance.
Dropped off warranty book and collected signatures and credit card
Connected to 240 V for the new air handler. Will return tomorrow to install a switch/receptacle and new circuit breakers for the client
Upon arrival found thermostat no responding and saying low batteries. Client had already replaced the batteries. Pushed reset on thermostat and still said low batteries. Reset breaker and nothing changed. Replaced client batteries with my own and thermostat came on. Cycled system and system didnâ€™t come on. Went to unit and unit kicked on. Found thermostat has about a 3-5 minute delay. Cycled system three times and went over thermostat with client. Advised client on what I had done. Renewed yearly agreement and set up maintenance day.

Perform cooling maintenance and safety check for two package units located on roof. Replaced all filters inside the home. Cleared drain lines and cleaned outdoor condenser coilâ€˜s. verified refrigerant charge is good and within range. Checked running amps and start up amps suggest installing compressor saver start kit to assist compressor starting up. Verified all Electrical is tight and secure. Did notice organic growth on bedroom system blower motor client is aware.

Preformed semiannual cooling service on two American standard Package units. 2013 / 2017 both 3 ton/ location roof. Changed two 18x18 filters. Followed sequence of operation and checked capacitor, compressor/ fan motor amps and voltage. Refrigerant R410A. Temperature split. Secured and cleaned electrical at condenser and fuse box. Cleared condensation drain line. 2017 unit blower motor/ housing is clean. 2013 unit has organic growth on blower motor housing. Homeowner didnâ€™t understand what it meant, I showed her pictures of her unit. I also showed what they look like when theyâ€™re took apart/ different job. Homeowner declined cleaning and air quality treatment. Rinsed condenser coil. Thermostat checked out ok Equipment checked out operational at this visit.
Fault code at condenser equals low side pressure switch tripped â€”â€”inspection of refrigerant equals equalize pressure at 47 â€”â€”unit is low on refrigerant â€”â€”add refrigerant for bubble check and visual leak search â€”â€”none detected at condenser â€”â€”open up Evap coil none detected paid particular attention to TXV fittings no leak detected â€”-system was Pressurized to about 147 with 410aâ€”â€”System needs Isolation leak checkâ€”-Will conduct leak check first with leak detector/machineâ€”- System holds 186 ounces of 410A (over 11 pounds of refrigerant)
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 20x20 filter. The system is a 2008 York Heat Pump Model located on the roof. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Performed ac Service on all ac systems. 3 for the main home and 3 ductless units. Checked filters for ductless and all were clean. Replaced all filters for main home. Found all 3 systems to be operational. Installed start capacitors on all 3 systems to lower starting amperage and help compressors live as long as possible. Systems are all oversized for the space they cool.
Called wifeâ€™s phone three times and got a busy signal. Called and left message on husbands phone. Could not reach anybody to speak to. Left message on what to try to do.

We will be installing high output LEDs trims throughout the property. We will be installing plug mold underneath the kitchen countertop cabinets. We will check the speakers in the main living room. We will replace the one by four fixture in the garage and installing LED one by four
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 24x24 Filter. The system is a 2013 model located on the roof. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
I Performed Maintenance on both of the Cooling Systems. Also replaced standard lakes filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2000 York Package Units located on the roof. I found that the Dual Run Capacitor for the Bedroom System tested weak and out of range. I installed new Dual Run Capacitor and tested the system. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.

Performed 1st monthly maintenance service on cooling system. System is a lennox upflow located in garage with condenser in front patio (r22). Capacitor was at full rating. Compressor and fan motor were at proper amp draw. Unit was getting proper line voltage. Cleared condensate drain. Changed 18x25 filter located with fau. Doors to unit werent perfect fit so added metal tape to reduce outside air coming in. System pressures and line temperatures were to specification. System was operating properly at time of service.
