Found combustion blower broke and was making loud noises. Replaced assembly and performed the heating service. 20x25,14x14 filters. Also re-connected water saftey switchand remove pointless relay hooked to cooling speed at board. Change last name to wiebe.
I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 20x30 Filter. The system is a 2018 Model located in the attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Performed comfort heater service checked burners blower amps and motors replaced filters clean drain checked electrical wires and connections.

Maintenance on heating system. Tested equipment and found everything running properly and within limits, replaced filters and cleared condensation lines.
Replaced gas valve still wouldnâ€™t work. Found that pressure switch was bouncing, tested pressure to switch and would fluctuate. Cleared water that was stuck at hose from condensation, condensation from combustion air. Once cleared tested and everything worked properly. Maintenance on heating system. Tested furnace located in attic, found everything running properly and within limits. Took static pressures and found them within range. Replaced filters and cleared condensation lines.Also provided three estimates for replacements you do have the option to do Wells Fargo for three years at 0% financing or you can do cash price at 8% discount paid by check or credit card or cash. Offer ends January 31st 2019

Maintenance on heating system. Found defective gas valve will return to install tomorrow. Replaced humidifier tank.
Performed annual heating maintenance on furnace located inside attic. Change 20 x 30 x 1 and 14 x 30 x 1 filter. Checked amps, volts,temperature rise and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 18x30 Filter. The system is a 2004 5 Ton model located in the attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. I found that the Blower Motor Run Capacitor is rated for 10 Microfared and I am currently getting 8.7. Recommended replacing the Capacitor. Client is considering replacing the system. Client elected to not replace the Capacitor at this time. Everything else checked out operational at the time of the service.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced two 20x20 and 14x14 Filters. The Living Room System is a 2018 model installed by another AC Company. I advised client that the Living Room System has a Water Safety Pan, but no water safety switch. Recommended installing a Water Switch to help prevent condensate drain back ups from occurring. The Bedroom System is a 1995 model. Both Heating Systems are located in the attic. I also flushed both the condensate drains. I found on the Bedroom System that the Blower Motor Run Capacitor is rated for 10 microfareds and I am currently getting 7.05. Advised client that it can be reading no lower than 9.4 to be considered in range. Recommended replacing the Run Capacitor. Client declined at this time. Also recommended replacing all the system due to age and wear and tear. Client to advise.

I performed a maintenance on (1) heating system and I found that the heat exchanger is very rusted and on start up the flames rolled out. I advise client that I have to shut the furnace off and red tag it and itâ€™s a hazard. Then I changed out (1) filters located on the ground . Client has home warranty

I also advised homeowner on replacing the systems due to age and R-22 Freon being gone next year. Also advised homeowner to have a carbon monoxide detector. Client to advise. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
