📝 Service Debrief – Demand Service ❄️ No Cooling Call Client reported the system was running but not blowing cold air. ⸻ 🚪 Upon Arrival • Thermostat was set to Cool. • Blower motor was running, but only room-temperature air was coming from the vents. ⸻ 🛠️ Outdoor Unit Inspection • At the condenser, no components were operating. • Verified 24V control voltage was present at the unit. ⸻ 🔍 Diagnosis • With further testing, found a faulty pressure switch preventing the condenser from running. • Explained findings to the client, including a clear description of how the pressure switch operates ⸻ 🔧 Repair Action • Re-wired the pressure switch and the system immediately kicked on. • Checked: • ✔️ Refrigerant pressures • ✔️ Compressor amperage • ✔️ Condenser fan motor amperage ⸻ ✅ Final Results • System is now operating properly and running within acceptable limits. • Client was fully informed of the diagnosis and operation.

Client stated bedroom system S#M02F was icing up and chattering on and off last night. Cycled system and monitored amps, temperature split, and Freon levels. Everything checked out in range. Cycled heater then cycled AC and no signs of frost nor was the system chattering. System is working properly in cooling at this time of service.

Arrived to customer’s home to diagnose router non op. Found that plug that supplied router had power and router was turning on.

Installed reme halos and repairs

Visited the property to provide an estimate for installing power to an exterior light. The homeowner requests to run electrical wiring from the existing two-gang outlet in the bathroom to the exterior via conduit. The conduit will be approximately two feet in length and connect to the exterior light fixture.

Upon arrival, found system running, but unit was iced up.Client changed filter and blower motor is operating. Turn system off and left only on. On-call technician will need to return in a couple of hours to further diagnose the issue

Installation of ultra whole home surge protection on a square D home line 200 amp panel. Surge protection devices protects against overloads that could damage important electronic and electrical equipment inside of the home.

Installed water safety pan and 2 water safety switches

Performed annual maintenance on 2024 American standard air handler heat pump split system. Changed out 20x30 & 14x14 filters. Checked sequence of operations blower motor speeds, electrical components, and temperature rise 45 degrees. 1050 checked operational finding no alerts detected . Cleared condensation line to drain properly. System checked in range at this time of service.
