Upon arrival system wasnâ€™t working found fan motor wasnâ€™t spinning replace fan and tested compressor was overheated cool down compressor system working properly BILL JOB PER BARRY AND MARK
Installed 2 ton mitsu/AS Mini split in shadow hills,
10 inch damper not completely closing. Order new one warranty.
Installed nest customer supply thermostat check system working properly

Found system low on refrigerant. Tenants also complaining about the thermostat. Recommended replacing system client approved replacment of complete system.
Iid check me on 2001 split system. Fau located inside garage. Added one pound of Freon and test passed.
Unit running upon arrival no unusual noise at condenserâ€”- had client lower temperature unit cranked up to high speed no usual noises at condenserâ€”- did cleanup communicating low-voltage wiring at condenser ran wire inside condenser see photo â€”â€”client stated she was unaware that there would be a service call â€”-will call in AM to pay bill
Installed a 2.5 ton AS Mitsubishi ductless heat pump in living area.
Found condensation line to be clogged. Cleared with high pressure Co2 and all is draining correctly
Moved thermostat to master bedroom and fixed return
Return to check system after thaw. Found system low on refrigerant. Also weak run capacitor. Replaced run capacitor. Client is going to call hw to see what the will do. Most likely leak in evaporative coil.
I found that the (10â€) damper was not closing all the way and I adjusted the spring setting on the damper and tested
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also replaced a 16x30 filter and flushed the condensate drain. The system is a 2007 model located on the ground. I advised client that R-22 Freon will no longer be available come next year. I recommended replacing the system due to age and wear and tear. Client to advise. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
System has major ice build up. Shut system down and Advised to call me to Possibly come out in the am.
