Two separate attics, Check all 4 heater components clean condensation line replace filter system heating properly
Comfort heater service on 2014 Lennox split system. Fau located inside laundry room attic. Replaced filters throughout the house and washed ductless garage filters. Checked all heater components, safety switches, volts, amps and capacitor. Found blower capacitor outside itâ€™s range, rated 7.5 and reading 5.9. Replaced and tested. Office to call for payment.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 24x24 and 14x24 Filters. The Furnace and Evaporator Coil are 2002 models located in the attic. I mentioned to client about the age and the fact that all the newer furnaces are Ultra Low Nox, and advised client about Heat Pumps as well. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Preformed a semi annual heating service on 2014 train split system Furnace is located in attic/ access is located in laundry room. 4 Ton condenser located on ground. Changed 20x30. 14x14. Filters located throughout the house. Followed sequence of operation and checked volts, amps, heating safety switch and temperature rise. Thermostat checked out ok. Cleared condensation drain line. Cleaned out burners, electrical, furnace and platform. Supply Ducts are strapped and sealed to equipment. Return plenum has a Separation. Equipment checked out operational at this visit. Recommended installation of new plenum and reattach ducts. Duct size 18â€. 12â€ Plenum size 20x25x21

Performed furnace maintenance on upflow gas furnace located in hallway closet. Changed 16x20 and 16x25 filters located with unit. Cleared condensate drain. Monitored all heating and electrical components and all were operating to specifications.
Performed precision tune-up on 2 horizontal split systems both located in hallway attic access. Monitored all heating and electrical components and all were operating to specifications. Cleared condensate line and homeowner had recently changed filters. Checked capacitors, volts, amps, static pressure and heat rise and all were to specifications. Cleaned outdoor coils and checked capacitors. Both capacitors were near end of range and recommending replacement. Pressures were good for both condensers.
Installed new blower motor and cycled system. System now operating properly.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. I checked a 20x25 and 14x14 Filters and both filters are clean. The Furnace is a 2004 model located in the attic. I also flushed the condensate drain. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.

Followed sequence of operation and checked capacitor, amps, voltage, heating safety switch and temperature rise. Thermostat checked out ok. Cleaned out burners, electrical and furnace. Cleared condensation drain line to the best of my ability. Could not find end point condensation line is hooked up to water heater safety pan, when I try to clear air Escapes through safety pan. Homeowner is aware of issue. I also recommended condensation water pump. Equipment checked out operational at this visit.
Pull out blower motor and housing remove all organic growth install UV light to deactivate Airborne and surface contaminants like mold, bacteria and viruses for both coil and air treatment Tested thermostat to make sure everything is working.

Performed annual heater maintenance on 2018 American Standard furnace located inside attic. Attic access is located inside master bedroom closet. Changed 20 x 30 x 1 filter. Checked amps, Volts , temperature rise and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures also checked capacitor for inducer draft motor and flush condensation line. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufacture specifications. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.
Upon arrival found system calling for heat but air handler not operating. With further inspection I discovered system had a bad blower motor.
Performed furnace maintenance on York FAU located in master closet attic access. Cleared condensate drain and changed 16x30 and 14x14 filters. Checked amps, volts, and capacitors and all were working to specifications. Took static pressure and heat rise and both were within ranges.
Performed heater service on 2 heaters. Replaced all filters. Also made client aware about condensation issues. Secondary line missing. Hole in stucco where it should be but no pvc line. Client was given price by greg to resolve and evertime I have been out Iâ€™ve made his aware. Client dosent remember greg bringing it up but there are notes. Client to call to get history. Made client aware that condensation line is a big isssue if it backs up.
