I searched for leaks on the living room system and I found that there was a leak on the liquid line by the condenser and I sealed the leak and I also changed out the shradder valve on both service ports and I put a vacuum on the system and tested. Then I put in (5) pounds of R-410a Freon and tested

Preformed a semi annual cooling service on 2014 Payne split system. Changed 14x14. 16x30 filters/ ceiling. FAU is located in attic. 3 ton condenser is located on ground. Cycled system checked capacitor, compressor/ fan motor amps and voltage. Cleared condensation drain line from outside. Thermostat checked out ok. Checked refrigerant sub cool, super heat and line temp. Rinsed condenser coil from inside out. Replaced 45/5uF capacitor. Equipment is now operating within manufacturers specifications. Installed a 2 Ton Mitsubishi 18 Seer Ductless for the garage. Run lineset with cover in garage down wall and out , run 230 volt the same way with disconnect box.
Upon arrival system started up and ran. Checked capacitor and amp drawâ€˜s on motors. I found that the system was a little bit low on refrigerant added 2 pounds r410. Recommended Hydeâ€™s family comfort plan. Client declined
Compressor grounded. Discussed options of replacement and decided to install condenser and coil 4-ton. Scheduled to be installed this upcoming Monday. Client will be financing job.
Pana rival turn system on to cool but condensing unit would not operate. With further inspection I discovered system had a dual run capacitor out of manufacture specs. Installed new 60 and 5 ÂµF capacitor and cycled system. System now operating properly.
Upon arrival system was operating and cooling properly. Checked amps on condenser fan motor and compressor. Condenser fan motor is pulling high amps. Motor has been ordered.

Checked refrigerant pressures and found them to be low. Added 1 pound of R22 refrigerant. Checked capacitors, Running amps and starting amps. Equipment is operating properly at this time. Recommend replacing equipment emailed estimate.
Performed ac maintenance on (4) split systems (FAUs in attic). Changed filters throughout house. Cleared condensation drains. Cleaned outdoor coils. System pressures, superheat, subcool, and indoor temp splits were to specifications (21-22 temperature splits throughout house, supply temp is 58 degrees). Capacitors, compressors, fan motors, and start kits were working properly. Homeowner interested in relocating 2 condensers approximately 8 ft. Quoted approximately $1500 per Barry (service manager). Homeowner also interested in dampers for bedroom system to redirect more airflow to master bedroom.

I found that the condenser fan motor for the bedroom system was seized up and I replaced the condenser fan motor and tested
Checked all electrical and refrigerant levels. Washed condensing coil system is operating properly
Upon arrival client stated system came back on and sounded normal. Checked refrigerant level, amps on compressor and condenser fan motor. System is operating within manufacture specifications.
