Alex showed up on time, very polite, checked our system quickly and made all necessary adjustments.
We lost cooling from a 4.5 year old AV/heat pump due to a leak that developed in a copper pipe in the compressor. Despite mfg. 10 year warrantee we were charged a total of approx. $2,000 to locate the leak, repair it and to recharge with a full amount of refrigerant. The price was quite a shock and the pain was not lessened any by good explanation or preparation by Alex. He worked efficiently but was much more eager to get my credit card signature than to provide a decent explanation for the high cost.

After Diagnostic found blown fuse on condenser last 4 6531 replaced fuse unit is up and cooling also replaced both breakers to 30 amps one was a 50 amp breaker other 40 amp and signed up client on comfort plan unit is up and cooling
Sent estimate Client is aware needs to put drywall up to hang ductless
Unit that serves living room area is iced up. Going to return back. ….returning back found system low on Freon balanced out sub cooling system is working properly at this time system serves living room area last 4 8848
Upon arrival system was frozen error code E 17 was on changed blower motor cleared water from wiring harness system is up and cooling
After Diagnostic found system flat on Freon pressure tested found leak in coil talked to client waiting for estimate to be signed to order coil from Ferguson order coil for Ferguson waiting for client to sign estimate
After Diagnostic found faulty blower motor going to order blower motor from sigler tomorrow. Client wants OEM motor.
After Diagnostic found over heated compressor cooled compressor down checked pressures amps on compressor working at range. System is cooling properly at this time.
After Diagnostic found too much airflow, making noise underneath the door going to get what management about running return air into master bedroom there’s hardly any room in the attic

Upon arrival unit was on and cooling client stated it was 82 when she arrived home checked capacitor pressures working at range thermostat is original sent estimate for thermostat. System is cooling properly at this time.

After Diagnostic found a tripped breaker also found wires where loose at breaker and package unit tightened all wires disconnect box as well checked amps on compressor unit is cooling properly at this time also signed up client on comfort plan
After Diagnostic found system flat on Freon pressure tested unit found leak in evaporator coil ordered coil under warranty from Howard it’s going to take about 10 to 15 days once received for office to schedule to install coil
After Diagnostic found faulty circuit board for unit that serves living area last 4 9908 going to check status on circuit board from Lennox Monday morning ,
Upon arrival, system was running. Client stated unit turned on last night. System could be intermittent with circuit board client going to wait if it happens again to replace circuit board
Performed sniff test didn’t see any oil took apart condenser fan motor check on condenser coils and evaporator coils. Didn’t detect any leak anywhere. At this time system is little low again client stated he’s in a wait to replace instead of adding any Freon system is cooling proper at this time
Contactor, burnt and wires burnt as well replace contactor as a warranty part because it was just replaced in July after replacing contactor pressures checked out system checked out and checked out in the correct range. Capacitor Checked out System is cooling and thermostat is properly operating at this time of service.
Upon arrival client stated home wasn’t keeping temperature checked Freon levels little low balanced out sub cooling curtesy rinsed condenser down and signed up client on comfort plan unit is cooling property at this time. We will monitor Freon levels
Upon arrival client stated front bedroom gets hot checked duck work old but still intact check free levels in range system is r 22 no longer manufactured system is past life expectancy sent estimate for replacement did offer comfort plan. Client stated she will wait sent estimates for plan and system.
Upon arrival water was dripping for secondary condensation cleared both lines units is draining properly at this time
Upon arrival, client stated there was water leaking from the roof top to the first floor. Went upstairs checked package, units. There’s no water visible advised client there’s no way the water would be leaking from the roof to the first floor not going through second floor first It’s not from the air conditioners.
Upon arrival client stated there electric bill was high. Performed the temperature split on unit systems cooling property at this time. Advise client. It’s hot outside. Will return back to install ecobee thermostat
After Diagnostic found out coil not leveled. We’re gonna have installers come back to level coil. Units working at this time.
After Diagnostic found water in safety pan and primary was backed up vacuumed water out cleared condensation line check levelness on coil coil is leveled condensation line was backed up tested unit draining properly at this time
Order circuit board will be in tomorrow once we receive we will put on schedule to install circuit board
