Arrived at customer’s home to replace two timer switches that went bad according to customer. One for the front porch and one for the back porch. Removed existing timer switches from boxes and replaced them with new customer supplied timer switches. Programmed both switches to customer’s desired on/off times and confirmed with customer to complete scope of work for today.

Arrived at customers home to diagnose landscape lighting timer not controlling lights properly. Found that timer no longer had any programs to turn ligts on or off. Timer switch must have somehow been reset. Programmed timer switch to come on at 6:30 pm and turn off at 2 am. Verified proper time with customer and informed him that is problem persists, it may be prudent to replace switch with one that is more easily programmed so customer can program it himself.
