We recently had new landscaping lighting installed in our front yard. Hydes was fantastic as usual and Eliu and his crew did a great job with the installation. They completed the job in a day! We have been using Hydes for years and have recommended them to several of our neighbors. All have been happy with their services. Eliu worked with us to make sure we understood how to use the new app for the lighting. There were a few glitches within the app but Eilu ensured they got corrected quickly. They wound up giving us a significant discount as well. Our new yard lighting has beautified and elevated our home. I would highly recommend Hyde's and their qualified team.

Arrived at customer’s home to replace chandelier in exterior entryway, replace a switch in master bathroom, and perform a diagnostic on an exterior flood light and kitchen light. Removed existing chandelier and replaced it with a customer supplied fixture. Removed existing switch from bathroom and replaced it with a customer supplied switch. Completed diagnostic on flood light and found that there was a switch in office with a dimmer that was set to dim low. This burnt customer’s smart flood light fixture out because they require a constant consistent voltage to operate properly. Performed a diagnostic on a light fixture in kitchen and found that fixture was receiving proper voltage, but was not transferring the voltage properly to the fixture socket. Informed customer that fixture is bad and needs to be replaced to resolve issue. Tested and verified proper operation of all fixtures/devices with customer to complete scope of work for today.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose condenser unit for hvac because two compressors have blown recently. Tested all voltage accessible to test and got proper voltage at each location. I did notice that breaker for unit was oversized by 5 amps. Replaced breaker with the appropriate sized breaker and informed customer of my findings to complete scope of work for today.

Arrived to install a new smart Amp IQ transformer and 9 landscape fixtures. Installed an exterior two gang box with gfi and outlet with bubble cover on the exterior wall for transformer power. Ran new landscape wires for the 9 fixtures and installed accordingly as previously agreed upon with customer approval. Connected all fixtures and gateway on app and transferred ownership to customer. Will need to come by for a night visit for minor adjustments if needed.
