I had another unrelated issue and they helped me solve it.
Had two mini-splits installed -- one for each garage. One of the installations went flawlessly, the other ran into a bit of an issue with a portion of an air handler cover part that cracked while trying to accommodate some tricky electrical conduit. Hydes immediately ordered a replacement part and completed the second installation a couple days later in only a few minutes. Both installations now look great and function great.
Aftper waiting for 4 hours for your crew to arrive the supplies he had were unusable and probably should have been trashed 5 years ago. This made a job that should have taken 20 minutes to complete almost impossible. Primarily the 2 inch tape used to secure the topping of the main cables into the house was unusable at best. One of your workers gave it his best effort and I appreciate the effort he made. Time will tell if the fix will survive….for a $32,000 job I’m not to impressed…. Danny Bianca

Had to ask workers to clean up. They were going to leave without cleaning.
Had a new HVAC installed! They were prompted, cleaned up and got the work completed when they said they would.
The guys who worked on installing our new system were great! They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything thoroughly.
Arrived at 9 gone by 11. Removed and installed roof top A/C unit in 2 hours. Three employees with a great attitude. It's easy to see why Hyde A/C came so highly recommended.

Excellent service and workmanship from start to finish. Called on one day, and within 48 hours had an estimate and replacement completed with no problems so far. Everything working at the moment and I’m confident if anything were to need addressed there will be no problem. 10/10
The work performed involved the installation of a 1-ton, 18 SEER ductless mini-split system in the music room/guest area. This system includes an air handler mounted on the wall within the room, with the outdoor unit positioned directly behind the air handler on the platform porch, adjacent to the main home's air conditioning unit. The installation process entailed running electrical power using MCB cable from the breaker panel to the outdoor unit. Additionally, a return air vent was installed in the guest bedroom closet, which is situated on the opposite side of the new equipment previously installed by Comfort Air. This involved cutting a wall return directly into the side of the existing equipment for proper airflow. Furthermore, 16x16 and 18x18 bar-type filter grills were included in the installation to enhance air filtration and system efficiency.

Installing 5 Ton American Standard Gold 17 Upflow Split Heat Pump System. Could not hardwired air handler due to water heater being plugged in to same outlet and light switch as well. Informed customer about the unit not being able to be hard wired
Estimate to supply and install 13 adjustable 4 way curved blade supply registers, 2 bar type wall supplies and 2 bar type return air filter grilles. Completed all work and painted all register cans needed black. Returns all on and only (2) 12x12 4- way registers needed, one in great room that’s can is painted black, and one in master bedroom. A couple cans were difficult and would cut drywall back and adjust to fit registers, but last 2 I spent a long time trying and may need to cut back even more drywall so can can actually fit registers, didn’t want to damage any drywall ceiling or registers, one for scratch doing all that so need one more 12x12. Will get with Mark Davy’s when I can return to put in last 2.

Reinstall mini split condenser. Connect both suction and liquid lines. Also did a pressure test to 400psi to clarify there were no leaks also pulled a vacuum to 279 micron to pull any contaminates out of the system. Ran mini split to make sure everything was working properly
Air handler above side to offset to left. refrigerant lines exterior in lineset cover. Outdoor unit on ground with pad in rocks left side off entry door. Run electrical from breaker panel to outdoor location low access bottom of entry door. Need 50/20 quad breaker. 2 lineset covers, penetration 90, sweeping 90.

Quote to install a 1.5 ton 18 seer Mitsubishi ductless for the garage. Install indoor unit above side door offset and run refrigeration lines in the garage with a cover install outdoor unit on a pad next to the door . Run electrical from main panel need 60/20 quad. 3 % cash discount available
