He was friendly and professional. He asked questions about our system's performance - to better direct his visit and maintenance service. He outlined the services he would perform clearly and again asked if we needed him to address any other issues. I asked if he would retrieve the Remi Halo serial number for the system installed in March so that we could complete our registration and extend the warranty of the Remi Halo. Chris took the extra time to take a few pictures of the system to get us the information we needed regarding the Remi Halo. We know trying to take a picture in the attic, in the dark wasn't easy but Chris managed to get us the serial number! We hope Chris continues as our service provider - Hydes always sends well trained staff but Chris is exceptional!This was our 1st visit with Hydes - Excellent service and information for future consideration regarding maintenanceWe followed up with an estimate for a new system. Barry Hyde was professional and informative offering us several options. This was not a "hard sell" it was a meeting in which he shared the information we needed to support our decisions regarding a replacement system.Following the estimate we decided to install the new system. The installation technicians Josh and Jesus introduced themselves, offered an outline of what the job would entail and asked us if we had any questions before they started work. They covered our floors and were very considerate of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install of our new system. We continue to be impressed with the work ethic and pride Hyde's employees demonstrate!10/25 just added updated smoke & carbon dioxide detectors, replaced florescent kitchen lighting with LED cans and added a new outlet in our casita. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the equipment & the professionalism of the electrician

Our technician, Greg, was informative as to what he would do diagnostically to hopefully find answers to our irregular cooling pattern in our home. Having only been in our new home a couple of weeks we had already had 2 other AC techs unable to find anything "wrong". Greg soon discovered that our refrigerant was low 2 lbs. Additionally he went into attic and discovered a large section of ductwork on the floor of the attic. We had been cooling the attic. This repair was quickly done. Needless to say we purchased a maintenance contract. He changed 2 filters as well. While much more involved than we thought we couldn't be happier to now enjoy cool air and at a lower temp. Greg is a stellar technician. Couldn't be happier with company and with Greg.

Service tech was a young AC recruit and performed professionally in his service work. Answered questions directly and gave very good advise recommending a safety switch on the water intake tube and installing it.making sure it functioned as indented. The maintenance man from Hyde’s A/C arrived within expected time frame. He brought booties which I appreciated as I have expensive hard wood floors. He proceeded to inspect and do maintenance on my year old furnace and A/C. He also changed the filters and a plumbing line. All in all, the appt took about an hour. He was both professional, courteous and friendly. He provided paperwork certification and reminded me that the Indio town inspectors would be out the following day.Thank for the great service!
