Response time on Sunday afternoon was about 1hr. Repaired my AC system within an hour. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Will now use Hyde for my HVAC maintenance and repair going forward. Thank you for offering emergency services on weekends.
A/C not functioning properly (115 degrees outside/90 degrees inside). Hyde's sent a service technician out first thing Monday morning who identified the problem and temporarily fixed it (and ordered replacement part for permanent repair). Jonathan was on time, efficient and very good at explaining the issue and repairs needed.
The power to our irrigation system went out due to a faulty breaker. With one call to Shellie at Hyde, we had Eddie out within two hours. He not only found the problem but made very professional suggestions for improvements to the electrical system to preclude future occurrences.

9/13Hydes sent Chris out once again to service our heat pump. He arrived within the service window as pleasant and respectful as always! He performed the services and then stopped in to tell us about the condition of our systems. Knowing that the systems are in good working order means a great deal to us as we enter the heating season in the next few months. Chris also dropped off a Starbucks card to thank us for having our service done before "the season"! He was friendly and professional. He asked questions about our system's performance - to better direct his visit and maintenance service. He outlined the services he would perform clearly and again asked if we needed him to address any other issues. I asked if he would retrieve the Remi Halo serial number for the system installed in March so that we could complete our registration and extend the warranty of the Remi Halo. Chris took the extra time to take a few pictures of the system to get us the information we needed regarding the Remi Halo. We know trying to take a picture in the attic, in the dark wasn't easy but Chris managed to get us the serial number! We hope Chris continues as our service provider - Hydes always sends well trained staff but Chris is exceptional!This was our 1st visit with Hydes - Excellent service and information for future consideration regarding maintenanceWe followed up with an estimate for a new system. Barry Hyde was professional and informative offering us several options. This was not a "hard sell" it was a meeting in which he shared the information we needed to support our decisions regarding a replacement system.Following the estimate we decided to install the new system. The installation technicians Josh and Jesus introduced themselves, offered an outline of what the job would entail and asked us if we had any questions before they started work. They covered our floors and were very considerate of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install of our new system. We continue to be impressed with the work ethic and pride Hyde's employees demonstrate!10/25 just added updated smoke & carbon dioxide detectors, replaced florescent kitchen lighting with LED cans and added a new outlet in our casita. I called Hyde's on Saturday afternoon hoping to have a technician fix my AC unit. A technician came out within the hour. He fixed my unit and I'm now up and running. The entire company was very professional.
Hydes AC installed a Mitsubishi/American Standard split ductless 3 zone AC system in my new Cavco Park Model, and I am an extreamly satisfied customer. The cost was very reasonable. Hydes installers are technical experts and they effectively installed the system without any delay or issues. The system works great and my new home is ready for summer in the Cochella Valley.
Been with Hydes for years and living in the desert you need a company you can trust. For me its Hydes and the techs are great. They ALWAYS show they care and have NEVER made me feel as though I was taken. Tech also checked pan and made sure water was able to drain properly from pan. Love Hyde's
Miguel was on time and even a little early! Made sure our AC was in tip top shape, replaced our filters, cleaned the condensing unit and made sure our American Standard 21 SEER was operating at optimum performance. We could not be happier with Hydes and our American Standard system! We also have the air purification system and whole house breaker thanks to Hydes AC and Electric!

Daniel was awesome only problem was that when he was here the equipment only acted up once .Kind of like when you take a car in for repairs and it does act up He is doing some other investigation into problems
The service technician, Jonathan Carrier, was friendly, personable, knowledgeable,polite, on-time, courteous and professional. He is very good at communicating with and in keeping in touch with customers.Jonathan responded at my request to try and locate the source of the water leak into my condo after the recent hurricane rains. He completed a diagnostic survey and identified the probable origin of the water intrusion into my home. He identified the most likely culprit as a defective seal at the base of my existing A/C unit. He recommended the installation of a curb adapter at the base of my A/C unit to prevent further leakage into my home.After discussing all the options available, the costs involved, available rebates and tax credits as well as the environmental aspects of repairing as compared to replacing my 13 year old unit, I opted for a new energy efficient heat pump package. I felt that Jonathan gave me an honest appraisal of my situation and made recommendations to suit my particular situation. I am happy with my choice.I find the whole staff at Hyde's A/C to be very helpful, honest and accommodating. I've been doing business with them for over 2.5 years. It's a real pleasure to do business with such a fine family business like Hyde's.
Very happy with the service that Frank provided for us. He had to work in our attic at 112 degrees outside. He was punctual, very polite and professional. It took a few days, parts availability, but Franks "stuck with it" kept us informed and got the job done.He must be one of Hyde's best Techs.
