After Diagnostic found Freon leaking from Schrader valve replaced straighter valve and charge system to factory settings. Unit is up and cooling.

Upon arrival bedroom unit last four serial number 8125 was low on Freon added Freon compressor started overheating twice going to have to swap out compressor under warranty. Send estimate.
After Diagnostic found living room condenser disconnect was not making proper connection, pushed, in disconnect condenser is up a running last 4 482F …. casita unit had a burnt contactor and transformer replaced parts under warranty both units are up and cooling. Last 4 F82F
After Diagnostic found condensation line backed up, installed Jones valve and cleared condensation line unit is draining properly at this time
Upon arrival bedroom unit was frozen going to return tomorrow for further diagnostic … after Diagnostic found oil all over coil coil is leaking Freon charged system back up added 5 pounds of 410@ client is cooling at this time going to install new coil Tuesday march 3 from 1 to 3 last 4 condenser 5k5k coil last 4 3435

Upon arrival, found living room unit heating house by calling for cooling. With more investigation found that the O wire was bad and connected it to Y one reversing valve is now engaging unit is working properly.
