Alex is a nice guy- but all the technicians (including the one that came 2 nights ago) are fast talkers. They are salesmen- the first guy filled my unit with fluid, sold me a warranty (tooka a for $515). Now 2 days later, Alex says we need more fluid. Clearly they must be a leak. Very fast, he nixed the idea of looking for a leak/repairing an old system and launches into what the latest promotions are for a new unit. I had to make him stop, slow down, explain. Then he’s pushing promotional items i don’t need and cannot use (new water heater, mini-split). Finally, i got him just to give an estimate on an equivalent replacement - not the upgrade model. (A potential savings of $3k+) I also had to specifically ASK about financing options- he didn’t volunteer that upfront. I would recommend either better sales training of your service people or let the service people do the service and have a sales expert call and explain options. It’s all just overwhelming when I’m already overheated from a broken AC that i thought was fixed when you came 2 days ago!

Upon arrival blower motor was running condenser was not after diagnostic found defrost board at condenser is faulty bypass defrost board turn system on found out there was air in the system other company pressurized system also found a leak in condenser coil sent estimates replaced coil. Client also wants estimate for a new unit sent estimates
Upon arrival client stated he heard a loud vibration, noise tightened panel of tightened , disconnect, whip, nothing was vibrating at this time system sounds normal at this time and Cooling
Troped off portable AC and took pictures of a unit
Upon arrival client stated is it normal for water to come out primary condensation line advise yes system is working properly
After Diagnostic found blower motor was not running we will be installing mini split Tuesday from 8 to 10
After Diagnostic found system low on Freon advised on leak search and replacement due to age of system plane is gonna talk to husband about our options
After Diagnostic found water safety switch was triggered on bedroom unit installed Jones valve and cleared p trap and condensation line
Talked to client about estimate if client signs we will take portable AC to home
After Diagnostic found leak in water pan in coil due to age of system we will be installing 17 seer Monday morning client is financing

Upon arrival system was on and cooling client stated installers left because there was a gas leak and they couldn’t turn on the system. System is on and clean at this time. Gonna set thermostat to 77 with clan desire.

After Diagnostic found a grounded compressor ordered from Sigler once received for office to schedule
Installed compressor vacuum system, and cleaned bottom of condenser all the dirt systems cooling properly at this time

Upon arrival system is on a running client stated there was a trip breaker and switch breaker on checked RLA on compressor are high max amps 14.7 system is running at 17 which is tripping breaker due to age of system. We will be installing 17 seer Monday the 28th. From 8 to 10.

Performed annual maintenance safety check in cooling on 3 American standards splits heat pumps, followed Sequence of operation Changed filters throughout the home and rinsed out mini split filters , checked amps on compressors and condenser fan motors checked pressures CDA no error codes cleared condensation lines through out side termination points, rinse condenser down units are working to manufacture specification in cooling, for both thermostats that were not working was just a glitch rebooted thermostat units are working properly at this time
