very professional. He also looked around to help me decide on a mini split, but as it turns out too hard to do in my place. They could do a 4 zones, but it is too expensive and I have lived without it for over 18 years so I won’t be having that done. Thank however for the estimate. Too expensive for me for something I don’t actually need.

Performed annual heating maintenance and indoor safety inspections on two American Standard Platinum heat pump systems located in separate attics and one split gas furnace upflow system located in an exterior closet. Followed the manufacturer’s sequence of operation for all three systems. Replaced air filters on all applicable units, checked compressor and condenser fan motor amperage, and verified heating temperature splits were within the expected operating range on both heat pumps. On the gas furnace, checked blower motor amperage, inspected limit switches and safety controls, verified operation within the expected range, cycled the burners, and cleared burner assemblies as needed. Cleared condensate drain lines on all applicable systems using the Jones valve. Additional Finding and Corrective Action: The living area unit had a backed-up condensate drain, causing water to discharge from the secondary drain. Checked blower motor amperage, inspected inducer motor capacitors, and verified proper operation of limit switches and safety controls. Inspected and cleaned burners, cycled both heating systems, and verified proper ignition and burner operation. Cleared condensate drain lines and verified proper drainage. Service Outcome: Both Trane furnace systems are operating properly in heating mode. Heating cycles, burner operation, and safety controls were verified during maintenance. Upon arrival fau was making a banging noise pulled out blower motor adjusted blower motor noticed clip was off blower wheel . Put clip back on noise went away. Advise client if it happens again. We have to replace blower wheel
