Alex our technician, was courteous, efficient, and professional. We were provided a summary as to the operation of our system and confirmed our assurances of its reliability.
We needed a little tune-up on our A/C system. Hydes showed up on time an performed the service quickly.
Alex always takes care of my home like it’s his home. He makes sure all the filters are changed and he make everything is serviced. He has great integrity and tells me if there’s any type of issue.

We have the semi-annual service with Hydes. It is easy to have the HVAC serviced and all filters changed twice a year.
After more than ten years I am still a satisfied customer.
Alex showed up on time and walked us through our service and, as we requested, came into our house and explained how air needs to flow freely through our home. Alex was very professional and competent as he went about his business of charging our filter and cleaning and evaluating our unit. Very easy to get a technician to my house to find out why the AC was not working. He found the issue and got it working. Super happy with Hyde's and their personnel.
