I wanna extend a personal thank you to Barry Hyde himself. After returning from vacation and not having air-conditioning. Barry worked with the manufacturer of my warranty, Covered unit to replace the compressor, do an electrical analysis, and eventually provided me with a brand new outside condenser unit, which has solved the problem after a few weeks. I can’t thank him enough (and his team), for everything they did so I could get back into my home. Thank you, Hyde’s team. Thank you Barry.

Met with Valerie the real estate agent the Casita unit is ducted mini split. This unit was installed when the home was built as the refrigeration lines. electrical are all built into the stucco. Advised homeowner that probably relocating locating the mini split to the ground is the better option it’ll be quieter for the homeowner and the neighbors, and there is an outside storage closet that we can run the refrigeration lines and electrical thru. The storage closet is right below the air-conditioning units. The cost to remove the units whether it’s the main unit or the mini split and relocate to the ground or about the same price $4300. The main unit is more likely the evaporator coil and the cost to replace that is approximately 4500.
