The existing invoice details the installation of a 3-ton American Standard Gold 17 condenser and an upflow evaporator coil. The existing furnace and thermostat were reused for this installation. This HVAC system specifically serves the master bedroom, which is located on the right side of the house.
The following work was performed: A 5 Ton American Standard Gold 17 Horizontal Split Heat Pump System was successfully installed. In addition, a 1.5 Ton Ductless System was installed for the garage area.
Estimate to install a dual zone ductless for casita and large gym room as a back up when central system is not working. Use the power from the east wing Lennox 5 ton by adding an outdoor sub panel. Main panel is on opposite side of house.
