Demand call: Upon arrival, upstairs neighbor's condensate line was plugged, causing water to drip inside of mechanical closet. Technician arrived from another company to unclog neighbors condensate drain. Client requested cooling tuneup. Client previously replaced filter. Cleared condensate drain.
