Hyde’s installed new ducting for an addition on our primary residence and when we tested the new ducting, we noticed the flow wasn’t meeting our needs. We communicated this issue to Hyde’s and they sent somebody out right away to take a look. Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue in a timely manner, taking care to explain the issue and resolution. He was thoughtful in his planning and resolved not only the one issue, but another simultaneously. Highly recommend Hydes!!! They are great to work with and understand the customers needs.

Daniel and the entire Hydes team that was involved with the installation of our new furnace and ac unit did a fantastic job. They were friendly and explained the steps they were going thru along the way and Daniel introduced each employee working with him. I had the great pleasure of working with Michael Hyde to help select the best system for our home he and was so patient in helping me understand a heat pump as I’ve only had gas furnaces in the past. From my experience with Michael I felt there was a family culture dedicated to quality customer service, and that culture was so clearly reflected by Daniel and every other team member.

The following work was conducted during our visit to your location: we installed an American Standard Gold 17 split heat pump, a 50-gallon gas hot water heater, and a new circulating pump. Additionally, we integrated a new Nest thermostat into your system. To ensure optimal equipment sizing, we performed a computerized heat load calculation. The work performed involved the installation of two 2-ton, 18 SEER AS Mitsubishi ductless systems within the kiln room. In addition, surge protectors were installed to enhance the safety and efficiency of the systems. We installed (2) 2ton ductless units with surge protectors.

The recent service visit included the installation of ducting and the necessary wiring for the thermostat. Our team conducted a thorough assessment and performed the required tasks to ensure optimal functionality. We replaced ducts that were collapsed and reconnected them to the package unit, the ductwork was very bad and had rodents dead in them, we also replaced the thermostat wire as well.
We replaced a Bosch package unit coil under warranty. We had to climb up 2 stories of ladders with all equipment, removed and reinstalled new coil, pressurized and charged with 410A refrigerant.
The company has completed the installation of a 1.5-ton, 18 SEER Mitsubishi ductless system specifically for the garage. The indoor unit has been strategically positioned between the hanging shelf and the water heater, ensuring optimal functionality. Additionally, refrigeration lines have been carefully routed within the garage and secured with a cover for protection. The outdoor unit has been installed on a stable pad adjacent to a bush and the sprinkler control system for accessibility. Furthermore, electrical connections have been made from the main panel utilizing the available RV breaker space, ensuring compliance with safety standards. We installed a new 1.5 ton ductless system and ran our own electrical as well.

The project involved the installation of a 4 Ton American Standard Platinum 20 POV Upflow Split Heat Pump System, specifically designed for the bedrooms. This high-efficiency heat pump system is intended to enhance the climate control within the space, ensuring optimal comfort for the occupants. The installation was meticulously conducted to meet industry standards, with attention to detail and quality workmanship. we installed a 4 ton 20 seer system added sheet metal under the unit on the platform. We also fixed the PVC drain and the safety switch on the new system and the existing system as both did not have any PVC glue. I changed the breaker from a 40 amp to a 50 amp also put a brand new disconnect with brand new fuses to match the breaker and the system. We also reinstalled the Remi halo
We noticed the daughter’s bedroom had a 9 inch duct directly off of the Plenum which the customer stated gets too much air and is very cold, so what we did was switched the 9 inch directly from the Plenum to feed those two add-on rooms and the 9 inch coming off of the TY now feeds the daughter‘s room.
Remove indoor ductless heat and mount to other wall. Run new refrigerant lines in attic and out stucco wall. Others to repair stucco. We removed the ductless unit and all line sets and covers, however the reinstall needs to be rescheduled because they still needed the drywall off to run other plumbing and electrical. The contractor will contact me when we can reschedule the installation of the ductless system.
