Upon arrival tech stated blower motor was changed but still not running. Verified high voltage to motor. Installed no go and blower kicked on. Found bad circuit board. Daniel replaced board and tested. Client also stated mini split not working. Found one leg on high voltage off. Turned on and cycled. System properly running.

Upon arrival client stated living area system S-EH2F not cooling again. Check previous tech notes. Checked outdoor unit and found contactor not engaged. Found 24 volts at cap nuts. Followed low voltage diagram and found system off on high pressure switch. Checked refrigerant levels and found pressure switch should no be engaged. Engaged contactor for 30 seconds and contactor stayed engaged indicating pressure switch opened up. Advised client intermittent issue with pressure switch. Bypassed switch and tested. Went over repair option on pressure switch and what that would take to change. System is properly running. Reconnected t5 thermostat to clients app and tested.

Upon arrival, the Both zoning system werent operating The client has a total of 6 zones. Two thermostats were indicating active 1050 alerts. First 1050 alert: Disabled and re-enabled the zoning system. Verified all 3 zones are up and running. Second 1050 alert: Re-enabled the system, but one sensor remains offline. Checked the batteries and found none installed. Attempted to install batteries, but no wiring or battery connection string was present. Recommendation: Provide a quote/estimate for a replacement sensor. Signed up client for membership will be back to install new 930 sensor and maintenance.

Preformed leak search on packaged unit. Removed top on packaged unit. Used two leak detectors and bubble spray. Did not find any leaks. Advised client we will need to return during the winter time to preform leak search with system pressurized to 500.
