I called on a Saturday morning and was booked an appointment for the same day. Greg, the service tech, arrived and was very pleasurable to work with. He diagnosed the problem, explained it thoroughly to me, quoted the price for approval and got to work promptly on it. I would definitely recommend Hyde to friends in the desert.

We returned from three months away to a 95 degree house on a Sunday night. Greg came to the rescue, finding a faulty switch. He explained everything well, had empathy for us weary travelers and had our house down to 80 degrees by bedtime.
Nancy - Indio, CA
I am more than pleased with the service on my A/C today! Greg was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be fixed in detail. After a horrible experience last month with another local A/C company, I went online and read reviews for various companies. I selected Hyde’s because of the positive reviews posted.
Response from Hyde's Air Conditioning:
Thank you Nancy that makes us so happy to hear that Greg was there for you today.
Matt - La Quinta, CA
Very knowledgeable person regarding A/C
