We have converted the existing system to a 24-volt thermostat suitable for ductless applications. In addition, we have ensured that all components are properly installed and functioning efficiently. The work performed included a thorough check of the system to confirm compatibility with the new thermostat, as well as an assessment of overall system performance to ensure optimal operation. We connected the transformer and the adapter with the thermostat however, we could not get the thermostat to control the unit. We will need to research it more and get back to the customer on that.
