I just spent $14,000 on a new complete system, ie, furnace and air conditioner and now for the first follow up call, there’s another negative issue. This is not good, not good at all. Hyde’s said they’d fix it. More later!

Hi Douglas I feel like this should be a 5 star review. We had our tech out for regular maintenance on a Friday afternoon. He found an issue that you were not even aware of that was not part of the new equipment we installed. He made you aware, told you it wouldn't cost anything, and then made a temporary repair on spot. Later our electrician came out to install run a new t-stat wire and there was no charge and minimal interruption. Hyde's stands behind our quality work and our technicians are the best. I hope you will reconsider your evaluation of this experience. Thanks!

Fault code equals faulty Dome sensor sensor reading 0 DC volts and zero ohms—-found faulty wire at dome sensor looks like it been eaten by a rodent—- Replaced sensor under Parts warranty labor warranty has expired—-

Platinum system installed four months ago please check thermostat 1050 thermostat frozen would not go into cool mode 1050 thermostat would not let me enter installer set up options replace 1050 thermostat under labor and parts warranty. Connected new thermostat to Wi-Fi but not to clients phone per Clients request.

Performed a fully maintenance on a 2022 Neil installed American standard condenser unit. Check sequence of operations, upon arrival found outdoor unit not turning on at all after further diagnosis found bad thermostat wire from FAU to outdoor unit. Put in temporary thermostat wire all within range and system is cooling down properly. Will need to schedule a electrician to run thermostat correctly.

Found ducting that may have possible asbestos. Recommended all new ducting. Customer declined replacement and will perform minor repair. Repaired duct but also noticed whole ductwork needs to be replaced and might have asbestos in ducting. Mike will be collecting amount!!!

System is off on condensate water safety, switch —-Added second breathing port after trap and capped breathing port before trap flush line the second time

Phone call —-had Client reboot, thermostat and checked outside breaker ——thermostat still blank—— on arrival, found thermostat still black/blank. ——Found system off on water, safety switch ——clear condensate line ——termination by garage side access door.——re-glue, water safety switch fittings, —-test system in cool mode.
