Super friendly!! These guys really care when they are in your home
Hyde’s is ALWAYS wonderful, when they come out! Office Staff equally wonderful, when scheduling appointments.
Very happy with the install of my new 5 ton AC unit and furnace. The price match and meticulous work could not be beat. The installers were clean and efficient every step of the way. Drywall was accidentally scuffed on the attic entry but they sent a repairman the very next morning who had it looking like new. The furnace gas pressure was a bit high to let off a high pressure squeal when the heater went on. This was noted on Thursday, reported on Friday, and resolved by Monday. I am a very happy camper and ready for summer now!

Performed annual AC maintenance on four 2014 day and night split systems. FAU located in outside closet and inside closet. Changed two 14 x 25 x 1 and two 20 x 25 x 1 filters located and filter wrecked. Check amps, volts, capacitor, and start kit. Check refrigerant levels, Superheat, Subcool, line, temperature, and temperature split. Flush, condensation line and washed condensing coils. Installed for new compressor saver/start kit and two 45/5 µF capacitor. Now all electrical components and refrigerant levels are with the manufacturer specifications. All four systems are operating and cooling properly at time of service.
Performed annual AC maintenance on two 2014 American Standard split systems and one American Standard split heat bumps. Change 20 x 24 x 1 and three 14 x 24 x 1 filters. Check amps, volt, capacitor, and start kit. Check, refrigerant levels, Superheat, subcool, line, temperature, and temperature split. Flash condensation lines from outside termination and wash condensing coil. Cleaned electrical compartment and insured. All wires were tight insecure. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacture specifications. All three systems are operating and cooling properly at time of service.
Performed annual AC maintenance on two 2018 American Standard rooftop package unit. Changed two 24 x 24 x 1 filters. Check amps, volts, and capacitor, and all other electrical components within the system. Great, so cool, line temperature, and temperatures today. Flash connotation line and watch condensing coil. Highly recommend installing a compressor saver/start kit due to high start up amps.
Upon arrival found system with a blank thermostat and only blower motor operating. With further inspection found system with broken yellow wire and changed thermostat batteries. System is now operating properly.
Upon arrival set thermostat lower than indoor temperature and system operating properly. Took supply register temperature and system has great supply temperature. System is operating properly at this time could not find any issue or problem with system.
Estimate for mini split
Dropped off warranty book. Office to call and collect.
Installed surge protectors on FAU and condensing unit. Also installed surge protection on casita condenser.
We will be rescheduling to come back at a later date
Upon arrival only blower motor was operating. With further inspection, we discovered short in Y wire . Switched cooling wire to brown wire and cycled system. System is now operating properly..
Performed cooling maintenance on two 2016. AC pro systems, furnaces are located in separate outside closets and east and west end of home. Changed out to 20 x 25 x 1 filter located at furnace, cleared condensation lines, check, water, safety switches for proper operation, water safety switches are located after P-trap. switches are operating properly, but do not know how effective they will be due to placement, hydes did not install. Verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked, capacitors, checked compressor, saver kits, found system serial number 2181 with 70/7.5 µF capacitor out of range, recommended installed and tested new 70/7.5 µF capacitor, verified refrigerant levels and line temperatures and temperature splits and cycled systems. Thermostats checked out OK, with recommended repairs of both systems are within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.
Remove lighter and unstuck filter rack door
Performed electronic leak check, checked around braze on line set, found leak to be present in evaporative coil, coil is no longer under part manufacturer warranty from Lennox. Sending estimates for replacement of evaporative coil measurements are 21 x 27. Will move forward with install once customer signs online agreement. Also informed customer of Hyde’s comfort plans
Heater service on 2019 split systems and 2017 package unit.Washed washable filters.Checked all safety switches and gas pressures.Checked thermostat for any fault codes.Cleaned burners and checked temperature rise. recommend installing water safety switches to prevent water damage to the home or equipment due to condensation back up or overflow. Also recommend installing search protectors on each FAU and condensing unit or whole home. Surge protection to protect the equipment from power outages, faulty, breakers, or any other electrical failure that may occur and caused damage to the systems. American Standard systems are communicating platinum systems
Performed annual AC maintenance on two split systems FAU. Located inside attic. Change 20 x 20 x 1 and 20 x 30 x 1 filters. Check amps, volts, capacitor, and start kit on American Standard split system. Checked refrigerant levels, Superheat, subcool, line, temperature, and temperatures lit. Flush condensation lines and washed condensing coil. Recommend installing compressor saver kit on American standard system. Older unit already has Kit installed. Systems are operating and cooling properly at this time.
Performed annual AC maintenance on 2022 American standard split heat pump 2017 Trane split system and York split heat pump. changed for 14 x 14 x 1, 16 x 30 x 1, 20 x 30 x 1 and 14 x 24 x 1 filters. Checked amps, volt, capacitor, and start kit. Check, refrigerant levels, Superheat, subcool, line, temperature, and temperature split. Flush condensation lines and washed condensing coil. Installed new 40/5 µF capacitor on Trane system and installed 4 ton compressor saver/start kit on American Standard split system. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacture specifications. All three systems are operating and cooling properly at time of service.
Management is going to contact client regarding estimate
Performed annual heater maintenance on three 2013 American Standard split systems FAU located inside attic. Attic access located inside theater room. Change to 20 x 30 x 1, 20 x 25 x 1, 14 x 24 x 1 and 12 x 30 x 1 filters. Check amps, volts, capacitor for blower motor, and all safety switches. Checked gas and static pressures. Also check temperature rise in flash condensation line. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufacture specifications. All three systems are operating and heating properly at time of service. We will need to return to install 10 x 10 bar type register.
Installed water safety switch, and Jones valve to allow proper flushing of condensation line and to protect the home and equipment from water damage due to condensation back up or overflow also installed Air scrubber uv bulb
Performed annual AC maintenance on two York split systems and one American Standard split system. Changed two 16 x 16 x 1, 20 x 25 x 1 and washed washable filter.
