I performed a maintenance on (1)2020 Carrier heating system and I found that everything checked out ok. Then I change out (3) filters and I flushed out the condensation drain located in the attic.

Comfort heater service on two packaged units and casita heat pump. Bedroom system and casita are 1987 and living area is 2007 York packaged unit. Replaced filters and checked all heater and safety components. Upon arrival cycled bedroom heater and found thermostat calling for heat but no 24 volts to gas valve. System is 35 years old. Advised client heater is not working and tech will see if board can be ordered. Advised need senior tech in order to see if the board is in fact the issue. Removed nest sense and scheduling on thermostats. Gave Starbucks card.

HYDE’S EXTENDED COMFORT WARRANTY FAQ What is it? • 10-year extended labor warranty coverage from original installation date. What’s covered? • Will work with manufacturer’s part warranty. • All HVAC equipment and thermostats installed by Hyde’s during original installation. Performed cooling maintenance on a 2017 American Standard Gold 4 ton unit. Cleaned Accuclean filter. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, capacitor, compressor LRA and Freon levels. Everything checked out okay. Rinsed condenser coil and cleared condensation line. System is working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.
