Having to replace a $10k package unit is never pleasant but the Hydes team softened the blow with great service from start to finish. Barry Hydes came to assess our situation the day after I called. Install was scheduled within a week, installer Izzy and coworker arrived on time, had the unit installed and the very large old unit and an equally large unused evaporative cooler taken away all before noon. Pricing comparable to the other companies. Been on biannual scheduled maintenance for several years, and have had other work done. Appreciate how easy and pleasant they are to deal with.
