Estimate to install Fittes flush mount registers and exhaust fan. 24x12 return grille approximately $500 but Fittes and Envisivent don't make that size.

Installing 4 Ton American Standard Silver 14 horizontal Split Heat Pump.
The existing invoice details the installation of a 5-ton American Standard Silver 14 horizontal heat pump system, accompanied by a Plenum coil and a Honeywell S 200 Wi-Fi thermostat. In addition to this installation, it is noted that a drywall spacer will need to be removed, and an opening must be cut to facilitate the removal of the existing equipment. It is important to clarify that ceiling repair has not been included as part of the service.

The existing invoice indicates that a ductless system was installed, which included running electrical wiring from the breaker panel to the opposite side of the home. This work was performed through the attic and down the wall using electrical metallic tubing (EMT). Additionally, the outdoor unit was located directly behind the exterior wall, mounted on a pad.

The work conducted during this appointment involved the installation of a 1.5 Mitsubishi 18 SEER ductless system for the customer's main house. Additionally, a yearly maintenance agreement for the main house systems was established.
Will run electrical from breaker panel to outdoor inside room up high along ceiling and wall. . Breaker panel in room where mini split is located. Remove existing ductless unit and install new 1 ton ducting unit. See photos
Relocate furnace and evaporator coil from garage attic back to original location on water heater platform. Scope of work: Pump down refrigerant into condensing unit. Remove furnace, evaporator coil, plenums from attic. Cap gas line in attic. Mount furnace on existing metal platform on 20x25x1 filter box. Install new upflow evaporator coil. Fabricate new supply plenum. Install new insulated metal duct to garage duct penetration. Install gas shut off with gas flex and sediment trap. Reinstall gas flue pipe. Fabricate and install return drop and connect to original 30x14 wall return. Extend refrigerant lines to new evaporator coil and add filter drier. Run new condensate drain line to outside near hot water heater. Add sweater safety switch. Extend and connect low voltage wiring at furnace. Start up and test system.
The work performed involved insulating the exterior supply and return air ducts located on the roof. This action was taken to enhance energy efficiency and reduce heat loss from the building's HVAC system, thereby contributing to overall improved performance and cost savings.
