Everything went as scheduled. The workers were extremely cordial and efficient and cleaned up after this that was very nicely. They did a good job of informing us how to operate the thermostat and we’re very knowledgeable. What they told us good job.

Michael Hyde did a great job of explaining the HVAC needs and options for our home and was able to have the system installed in well under a week. I spoke with Doug who is the tenant. He advised he has a 4 ton unit with a 1 year old Lennox furnace and t he owner Bill sent a repairman yesterday to fix it but it broke again. He thinks it may need a new condensing unit and coil(up flow). I gave ballpark of $7,600 for Friedrich. He will advise.
