SO glad I chose Hydes
AC died in mid summer heat wave (of course...) and Hydes was able to provide a bid same day, a temp fix the following day and a complete new heat pump unit installation shortly after that. From bid to completion, these folks were top notch in every way. Michael, Fernanda, Jesus, Izzy, Barry, Eli and the office staff as well, were awesome to work with! Great people, great service, great product.

Discussed with client that I believe he has a "French drain" which drains both his condensate lines on the side of the house below ground into a pipe with rocks. Under heavy condensation and time it becomes blocked so when we flush drain it can still back up which is what happened in this case. Also the small amount of drywall that was went is all dry now since the garage is so hot. Advised we will send out someone to see if we can locate drain termination outside and create quote to bring above ground.
