9/4/24 Miguel was our technician today - He was cheerful, efficient and professional. He performed the routine service on our systems including filter changes and washing the outdoor units off! Excellent service!9/13Hydes sent Chris out once again to service our heat pump. He arrived within the service window as pleasant and respectful as always! He the services and then stopped in to tell us about the condition of our systems. Knowing that the systems are in good working order means a great deal to us as we enter the heating season in the next few months. Chris also dropped off a Starbucks card to thank us for having our service done before "the season"! Thanks Chris/ Thanks Hydes3/24Chris was here promptly within the 3 hr window and worked efficiently on the maintenance of our two heat pumps. He is a very pleasant person and seems to know his job very wellHydes seems to hire very nice people!12/30Chris came to perform our first winter maintenance on the new heat pump. He was friendly and professional. He asked questions about our system's performance - to better direct his visit and maintenance service. He outlined the services he would perform clearly and again asked if we needed him to address any other issues. I asked if he would retrieve the Remi Halo serial number for the system installed in March so that we could complete our registration and extend the warranty of the Remi Halo. Chris took the extra time to take a few pictures of the system to get us the information we needed regarding the Remi Halo. We know trying to take a picture in the attic, in the dark wasn't easy but Chris managed to get us the serial number! We hope Chris continues as our service provider - Hydes always sends well trained staff but Chris is exceptional!This was our 1st visit with Hydes - Excellent service and information for future consideration regarding maintenanceWe followed up with an estimate for a new system. Barry Hyde was professional and informative offering us several options. This was not a "hard sell" it was a meeting in which he shared the information we needed to support our decisions regarding a replacement system.Following the estimate we decided to install the new system. The installation technicians Josh and Jesus introduced themselves, offered an outline of what the job would entail and asked us if we had any questions before they started work. They covered our floors and were very considerate of our home. They worked quickly and efficiently to complete the install of our new system. We continue to be impressed with the work ethic and pride Hyde's employees demonstrate!10/25 just added updated smoke & carbon dioxide detectors, replaced florescent kitchen lighting with LED cans and added a new outlet in our casita. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the equipment & the professionalism of the electrician

DANNY HYDE CAME 9-3-24 FROM HYDE'S HEAT&AIR CONDITIONING TO DO SEASONAL CHECK ON MY HEATING UNIT. AS ALWAYS, DANNY IS EXCELLENT, VERY THOROUGH, AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING HE IS DOING. Of course our air conditioner had to go out late Friday afternoon! However, Hydes to the rescue again. They were able to get a tech out that evening and Jonathan found the problem quickly and efficiently repaired in no time. He was a wonderful tech! This is why I only use Hydes!!

We had an "after business hours" emergency call. Our main breaker was off and wouldn't click back....in Palm Desert on a 117 degree day! The technician came promptly and fixed the problem!

Knowledgeable helps that he was an installer besides a comfort specialist. FriendlyCalled him back right away he knew the noise had to do with something in the motor of the duct works etc. took a clump of ducting outNow it’s nice and quite, he also adjusted some of the vents direction and making a difference in the airflow and cooling.Thank you for such a friendly knowledgeable and a guy that goes the extra mile or more for customer service.

Hyde's replaced our old, worn out A/C unit today. I cannot say enough positive things about them and their service from beginning to end. Special recognition to Stephanie & Magdalena (office), Chrissy (office), Maurice (tech - initial diagnosis and estime; he was outstanding), and Izzy & Joey (techs - installation). I would highly recommend Hyde's. They were responsive, caring and professional. Thank you for making a difficult repair/replacement issue go seamlessly. Top notch all the way.

We were totally impressed with Thor's thoroughness and sharing in detail all the steps he took during his inspection of our AC system. He also left no fingermarks on any access panels to the attic, where he inspected the blower system and the condensation drainage system. His enthusiasm in sharing his knowledge and findings is refreshing as well as completely professional.

I had Hyde’s install a new mini split and they were amazing! From the very beginning when I called to schedule a quote until the last minute after install every person was unfailingly friendly and professional. They were quick, on time, respectful of property and had clear communication at all times. I really could not be happier!Update: I've now used them multiple times for electrical and AC and every time it's been a flawless experience. Johnny is so nice and always makes sure the work he does looks good as well as works right.

I highly recommend HYDES AIR CONDITIONING services for A/C Services or all services they provide. I called for service when our A/C started blowing "hot air". Hydes came and fixed the problem on a Saturday in RECORD TIME. The condenser fan motor needed to be replaced. The technician had the part on the truck and the A/C was back. Special shout out to Maurice Burrell, the technician who was a trained professional in his field with excellent customer service skills. We will always call HYDES not PAUL.

Hyde's installed a ductless mini-split for my garage in La Quinta, my service contract for my 3 ducted mini-splits that "came with the house" and is now working with me on thermostat upgrades for an existing system they didn't install that has been challenging.Hyde's gives me faith that customer service is not dead and that people still care about having long-term customers and not just immediate sales.

Luis and his partner were knowledgeable of the product, professional and quick in the installation. Also, they didn't mind that I watched and occasionally asked questions. They did a great job!!Thor, a Hydes tech, was also very knowledgeable and understood that I wanted the blower speed reduced to be comfortable for me. He had a very nice demeanor. Hydes seems to have employees with great attitudes!

This was about my air conditioner not working. Magdelina was very helpful to start. She took my call and set up the appointment with a technician to come that day between 1 and 4 pm. The technician, Amador arrived 10 minutes early. He immediately figured out the problem and very soon had the house cooling. He was very considerate and helpful. It was a great experience overall.

Amador did a great job of analyzing the problem with my A/C unit not cooling. He replaced two fuses that had blown, and explained that they had blown due to my A/C unit overheating because it is an old unit and not operating efficiently. Amador also told me that my present unit was on its last leg, and could possibly stop working again very soon. He highly recommended my getting a new unit (compressor and evaporator), which I am having done today.Amador was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and it was a great experience having him come out to my house and taking care of my air conditioning problem. I very highly recommend both Amador and Hyde's Air Conditioning to anyone who has A/C issues -- they will take care of you!In addition to Amador doing a great job the other day when he came out to service my A/C, today Jesus and Joshua did an outstanding job of installing my new A/C unit (compressor and evaporator). They showed up on time, and did the installation in less than the 4 hours they originally told me it would take. They were all done in a little less than 3 hours, and I was pleasantly surprised. Great job, Joshua and Jesus -- thank you very much! I highly recommend them as well as Amador, and thank you Hyde's for taking great care of my A/C needs-- you are the best!

Hyde personnel (Miguel) came to repair my AC system which was out of order when we arrived to our condo in 110 degree weather. This was an emergency call as we arrived at 7pm in the evening and he arrived by 8:15. He was polite and efficiently performed the tasks I requested. I would use this company again.

I contacted Hyde’s because of a problem with my A/C. When I called the staff were very efficient and kind.They got me an appointment the next day. Michael called me upon his arrival and listen to our concerns. He even took pictures and send it to us. Our experience from top to bottom was 100% satisfied! I recommend those guys all the way!

I am very impressed with this company. Here's what I know for sure: it's family owned, they care about their customers, their staff are all very well trained and professional, they do what they say they're going to do, they stand behind their work, they answer the phone, they are good communicators. We had a bit of an emergency when our A/C unit went out last Saturday. A tech came to the house on Sunday and determined our compressor was completely shot. After a very thoughtful conversation with Jonathan where he explained all of our options, we decided to move forward with a new system. In less than 24 hours, a crew was at our house Monday morning installing it. It went very smooth and we had a cool house by sundown. Thank you all for turning what could have been a nightmare into an amazing experience. The new American Standard Platinum 18 is the way to go, it's so quiet we can barely even tell it's on. I have learned that many of my neighbors in Sun City Shadow Hills have had a similar experience. I highly recommend Hyde's!!
