Arrived to convert 240 volt outlet for existing air handler to 120 volt. upon arrival installers discovered that they already had a 120 volt outlet in attic that ceiling fan is run from. Installers will use this outlet for new air handler install and if existing circuit will not handle air handler, then 240 volt outlet and breaker feeding it will have to be changed at an extra charge.

Job Summary — Install Two Surface-Mounted Ceiling Fans Install electrical wiring and surface-mounted Wiremold 500 Series raceway for two new ceiling fans where concealed wiring cannot be installed. Scope of Work Install approximately two new 120V ceiling fan circuits using #12 copper conductors. Provide and install approximately 80 linear feet of Wiremold 500 Series metal surface raceway to allow for field-measurement adjustments and jobsite waste. Install raceway from the existing electrical source to each new ceiling fan location. Fan #1: Approximately 10-foot raceway run with a surface-mounted fan-rated electrical box and required 90-degree transition around the beam. Fan #2: Approximately 30-foot raceway run from the existing wall receptacle, vertically up the wall and transitioning onto the cathedral ceiling. Arrived to troubleshoot non operational oven circuit and inspect BBQ island circuits to ensure they are safe after fire accident. Tested oven breaker and confirmed that the switch on the breaker was broken and not properly setting. Inspected BBQ island and confirmed that there was a wire that had burnt during the fire. Additionally we found a gfi that provides power to the BBQ outlets was arching and was not functioning properly. I recommended to customer that we need to replace the 40 amp breaker for the oven and we had to replace the gfi for the BBQ island. I asked customers if they were planning on rebuilding the BBQ area and they confirmed they were. I recommended that when they to the repairs to the BBQ island we could return and replace the burnt wire for them.

Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate for upgrading main breaker panel to 400 amps, running a feed for a sub panel to garage, installing customer supplied sub panel, and running spare conduit across garage for future plans

Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate on reworking landscape lighting desired by customer. We will be replacing fixtures, swapping fixtures, and moving one fixture over a few feet. Once fixtures are replaced we will determine which fixtures still do not work and perform a diagnostic at an extra charge.

Picked up batteries and charger

Arrived to cut in four 6” can less lights in living area. Converted single gang switch box to two gang switch box. Ran circuit for new lights from two gang box up the wall and into the ceiling. Provided customer with drywall repair number.

Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate on adding can lighting in front room.

Gave customer a phone call regarding a maintenance plan for landscape lighting. Customer denied service and stated that they would rather change/fix fixtures as they need themselves.

Gave customer an estimate for a landscape lighting maintenance plan for lights we installed.

Quote to install a 1 ton 18 seer Mitsubishi ductless for the kitchen. Install indoor unit between slider and window. Run refrigeration lines on the outside wall down and across with a cover. Need two covers and an elbow. Set outdoor unit on a pad in the corner next to the meter. Electrician’s to perform a panel tune up and add surge protection. Electrical: arrived to install a whole home surge protector on main panel and a panel tune up. Cleaned interior housing of panel and painted cover of panel. Replaced all breakers individually, tightened all screws. Installed surge underneath panel and ran circuit into panel.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose outlets non op since landscape lighting installation. Upon arrival I found that customer resolved issue on their own and power was already restored to affected outlets. No charge as no work was done.

Arrived to inspect switch that is warm to touch. Switch is controlling tape light. Advised customer that we can replace switch and if issues continue we would have to diagnose the tape light and transformer if there is one.

Arrived at customer’s home to rework and re run landscape lighting throughout exterior of home. Today we were able to complete most of the backyard landscape fixtures. Today (5/21) we finished all backyard fixtures and all front yard fixtures. Set two new transformers for landscape lighting. Informed customer that if they want to add more lights, we can for an extra charge. Customer also informed me that they would be insterested in signing up for a maintenance plan for landscape lighting.

Arrived at customer’s home to move two dedicated circuits for hvac units in home. Ran new circuits from main breaker panel as I determined that would be the easiest solution. Used existing spare flew into garage, and from there we piped across the roof to new unit location. Penetrated roof where needed, and piped down to disconnect locations.
