Arrived at customer’s home to install and run a new dedicated 240 volt 20 amp outlet for car charger for Tesla. Penetrated out of the back of the main breaker panel and ran mc cable up and across garage to desired outlet location. Landed all connections and tested outlet to verify with customer and complete scope of work for today.

Called customer to discuss recent work, customer did not answer. Left a voicemail.

Built 2 estimates on thermostat wire, waiting for Tech Manager to contact customer to provide additional options before sending estimates out.

Arrived at customer’s home to run a new dedicated circuit for stovetop customer is purchasing. Upon arrival I found that the attic above the garage was not accessible. Changed route of run to end at the garage and at the cabinet in kitchen. Fished wire through cabinets and down wall to stovetop location. Set junction box in garage and ran mc cable from there to main breaker panel. Landed all connections and tested at stovetop location to verify with customer and complete scope of work for today.

Arrived to remove broken light bulb base from can light. I was able to remove the light bulb base but could attach the can light base back on the can light as the base was brittle and cracking. I left it in a safe position but recommended to customer to not connect any bulb in the can light. Additionally I provided a estimate to bypass the 9 low voltage can light and install 9 LED trim lights.

Arrived to replace two switches in master water closet and replaced a lightbulb in hallway.

Arrived to troubleshoot front yard landscape lights not working. When I tested the voltage for the outlet that powers the landscape transformer I was not getting proper ground for the GFCI outlet. I traced the circuit and repaired the wiring. I also replaced the outlet with a weather rated GFCI outlet. Once I plugged the transformer I walked property and confirmed all landscape lights turned on.

Arrived for a complimentary electrical safety inspection. During inspection of exterior outlets I discovered a few outlets that were not protected with bubble covers. Bubble covers (also called "in-use" covers) protect exterior outlets by creating a deep, weatherproof dome that keeps rain, snow, and debris out of the receptacle even when an electrical cord is actively plugged in. When inspecting the smoke detectors I found 3 that were discolored and had signs of aging. I recommended having the smoke detectors replaced. During inspection of the interior outlets I found that they were not up to code and backstabbed. Tamper-resistant receptacles feature internal spring-loaded shutters that block foreign objects from being inserted into only one slot. The shutters only open when equal pressure is applied to both sides simultaneously (as with a standard two- or three-pronged plug), preventing children from getting shocked by poking items like paperclips or keys into the wall. Replace burnt wires on roof running in metal conduit. Ran new wire through conduit and into the 4 junction boxes. Connected power to circuit and all ceiling fans are now operating.

Diagnostic for garbage disposal tripping gfci outlet consistently. Found that gfci outlet was working properly, but did trip when turning the disposal off. Informed customer that outlet is working properly, that disposal has a leak in it, and that I found a spare wire coming off gfci outlet that did not go to anything. Properly capped wires off, and informed customer that disposal has an issue that is causing gfci outlet to trip. Customer informed me that they’ll replace disposal unit to resolve issue. Did not replace outlet as it was new, and not accessible with disposal in the way.

Arrived at customer’s home to install a new dedicated 20 amp 240v circuit for minisplit that is being installed today. Penetrated out of the top of the main breaker panel with mc cable and ran cable through rafters to disconnect location on exterior of garage. Landed all connections and tested unit with installers to verify proper operation. Installers stated they would collect payment.

Arrived to run new thermostat wire from fau closet to outdoor unit. When I arrived I saw that there was no access to the attic. I asked the customer that we would have to run conduit across the roof and down the wall. He said he would have to get approval from the HOA in order to proceed. Additionally he also mentioned that the temporary thermostat wire that was ran is not working as he has been without cooling sine it was ran. I called the office and had them schedule a HVAC tech to come out and troubleshoot the AC. I discussed with the customer when he gets approval for the conduit to contact myself or the office so we could provide an estimate to run the wire.

Arrived to provide estimate to run new wire in existing conduit on the roof.

10/19/26 Run a dedicated 30 amp circuit using #8 gauge wire for new pizza oven about 45 feet distance from panel. Replaced pizza oven outlet and whip for plug. Additionally we upgraded the wire size coming from the junction box to pizza outlet. 10/20/26 cut in two outlets in the ceiling of the bar area. Pulled power from existing outlet in the center of the bar. Add an outlet on both sides of existing outlet next to coax location.
