Arrived to replace the burnt laundry outlet and convert it to a double gang configuration. Attempted to install an outlet in a metal box that previously housed a fixture. Unfortunately, I was unable to safely deliver 120 volts to the outlet. I informed the homeowner of the situation, and they agreed to leave it as is. Additionally, I removed and replaced a kitchen outlet that was experiencing overheating.

Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate for installing new landscape lighting throughout backyard of property. Customer stated they will be getting prices from other companies as well.

Arrived to provide an estimate to run a dedicated EVC circuit across roof. 50 amp circuit.

Arrived at customer’s home to give an estimate for various electrical projects throughout the home. Will replace exterior entryway chandelier with a new customer supplied fixture. Will also replace switch in bathroom with customer supplied switch (black, decora). Will also perform diagnostics on a fixture in the kitchen and a fixture on back porch.

Changed out and upgraded main panel from 100 amp to 200 amp. Installed two ground rods and bonded cold water, hot water and gas lines. Installed surge protector. Replaced all breakers. Tested all breakers and all are working properly.

Arrived at customer’s home to give a quote to install an EV charger in garage for a future EV customer wants to purchase. Will utilize existing spa feed that has been abandoned to penetrate into garage and pipe over to where customer desires car charger. Customer will contact us if charger location changes.

Arrived at customer’s home to replace breaker for air handler and condenser unit to pass inspection. Removed existing 20A and 40A breaker and replaced them with new 15A and 30A breakers.

Arrived to install two timer switches. The homeowner attempted to install one of the timers himself but was unable to get it to operate correctly. Upon inspection of the device and circuit, I determined that the timer was designed for single-pole use only, while the circuit was a three-way setup. The homeowner agreed to purchase a three-way timer accordingly. We were able to successfully install the second timer. I charged the homeowner for the installation of one timer and provided an estimate for the installation of the second timer once it is available.

Arrived to pick up tools

Arrived to remove the Zinsco subpanel and install a new Square D subpanel. During the removal of the Zinsco panel, I had to modify the framing to accommodate the new subpanel. I also discovered that the feed for the subpanel was missing a ground connection. Proper grounding is essential for the safe operation of the subpanel. I notified the homeowner of the missing ground and provided options for installing a grounding solution. The homeowner agreed to install a new ground rod for proper grounding of the subpanel. Once the subpanel was installed in the wall, I was able to establish the grounding connection. I replaced all circuits with their respective new breakers and labeled the panel accordingly.
