Emergency Service Terms & Conditions

1. After-Hours Dispatch Fee

An emergency/after-hours dispatch fee applies to all calls outside normal business hours.
The dispatch fee is due regardless of whether repairs are performed.
The dispatch fee is separate from diagnostic and repair charges.
The after-hours dispatch fee applies to all emergency service calls, including equipment that was recently installed, serviced, or repaired by our company.
Warranty coverage may apply to eligible repairs, but does not waive the emergency dispatch fee.

2. Diagnostic Charges

A diagnostic fee will be charged to evaluate the issue.
Diagnostic fees may vary.

3. Repair Authorization

No repairs will be performed without customer approval.
An estimate will be provided before repair work begins whenever possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods are cash/check/card.
Emergency services may require payment information before dispatch.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees may apply if the technician has already been dispatched.
Missed appointments or inability to access the property may result in a service charge.

6. Access Requirements

The customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to equipment.
Someone 18 years or older must be present during the service visit.
