Amador was very personable, respectful, and efficient. I had regular maintenance and had a new thermostat installed. He explained everything he did, and took his time to walk me through operating the new unit. Also, he gave me an opportunity to ask questions, which he answered to my satisfaction. I’ve always had good service from Hyde’s and I highly recommend them.

I called Hyde the get an estimate to replace my HVAC system. An appointment was setup within 2 days and Barry arrived as scheduled. He reviewed my existing equipment and thoroughly explained several options for replacement. He explained the newer laws that basically prohibit the use of gas heaters, explained SCE rebates, and potential tax credits available. He left mid afternoon and I had an estimate with 3 different options the following morning.I like dealing with local family owned businesses. I really like the professionalism demonstrated by everyone I have spoken to at Hyde AC.

Heat pump unit shut down due to a power spike so we called Hydes for help and they where out within 2 hrs. Got every thing up and running and work was fully covered by warranty. Glad we had them install our new hvac system!

Hyde's employees are highly professional and efficient. The appointment was scheduled fairly far in advance so that I could be in town. I received several reminders and Alex was precisely on time. He went about his business professionally, but with more friendliness than most technicians. He carefully answered my questions including pulling up a video about a HEPA filter system.

They are the best around. I now have a great ac/heating unit. I strongly suggest you give them a call, even if you don't need a new one, you should let them service the one you have. They have a yearly service option for 12 bucks a month. I have been very impressed with their employees. Office staff,service technicians, sales all are very professional and knowledgeable.

Been using Hyde’s for several years. Always dependable, reasonably priced and really appreciate the proactive approach to any issue with our two hvac units, this in the absence of selling additional service or equipment. When our 17 year old system failed in three digit heat on a Tuesday, we had a new system in and working on Friday.Our regular tech Jonathan been an incredible resource. Completely knowledgeable and ultimately patient with explaining exactly what he’s doing and reasons why. Hyde’s and Jonathan are pretty much best case scenario if you’re looking for hvac service.
