Hydes always arrives within their given time frame and sometimes earlier. Their service people are pleasant and courteous and the work is always done quickly. If there is an issue, they will advise you of the cost up front and ask to proceed. Will highly recommend.

Good service. Fast, pointed out improvements. Friendly; however , in the past 10 years that I have been using Hydes they always go in the attic to check the unit up there but this time they didn't. What if there was a leak up there or other problem?

Michael Hyde came and measured the air pressure differentials across the furnace and the ducts and found the return air was insufficient, so we added a return duct and modified another. Once the system was installed he came back to ensure we had achieved the modification to ensure we could make maximum efficiency. The American Standard units installed are rated No 1 by Consumer Reports so we have a reliable system that is very efficient.. Great service by a family run business.

Sorry Barry, but your price to replace a compressor fan seems high. I can buy one on line for $100 retail and it takes about an hour to change out including the capacitor. Thanks thought for your quick response. Still hoping to get an assist from gov so I can put in a heart pump. Keeping my fingers crossed...

Hydes Air Conditioning service people were amazing. Everyone was on time and articulate exactly what they were going to be doing. They laid out protective material over my rugs and areas that they were working on which I thought was really nice to protect homeowners property inside the home. We had quotes from different companies, but we found Hydes to be the best company to go with for our complete air conditioning and furnace replacement. They offer a great warranty package and the pricing was was competitive with other companies. But I believe you’re getting better service and they have been around a long time. I did wind up talking to the owner a few times and he was so knowledgeable about everything and very helpful for helping me make up my mind and which unit to have for our home.

Hydes Air Conditioning is a professonal company with very knowledgable techs. They are terrific for sending reminders of appointments and also notifications about the arrival of the tech. They also follow though with an email with pictures that show what was service was done.

Professional service. The technician was knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. On time. The technician, Alex was awesome, did a thorough check of our AC system in preparation for the hot summer months around the corner. We are on the Silver Maintenance Plan, you just can't mess around with AC in the summer, too hot. Hydes installed are current HVAC in our house, we have them service twice a year (AC summer and Heat winter)... and we are on a maintenance plan for priority service as needed, peace of mind for our hot summer days as we live here year around. Front office personnel always professional too. RECOMMEND!!!

We installed a new 5 ton unit and for some reason we had issues with it not cooling after being on for an hour or two. Fortunately, Hydes was very responsive to our situation and sent 3 techs out 3 different times, who were all extremely professional and determined to figure out the issue. It ended up a wiring issue and was resolved late on a Friday night even! So far, it's working perfect! Thank you so much!

Amadore was a very competent fixer of my failing brand new house furnace! But he also helped me understand how the system worked and answered my questions about thermostat alternatives, All of which convinced me he really knew his stuff!!!!!!!I informed him I had no printer and therefore no paperwork about the new furnace and he told me he would have the office mail me hard copies pf the whole transaction including warranty terms and conditions! So please so that!!!!!!!!!!! Our technician, Greg, was informative as to what he would do diagnostically to hopefully find answers to our irregular cooling pattern in our home. Having only been in our new home a couple of weeks we had already had 2 other AC techs unable to find anything "wrong". Greg soon discovered that our refrigerant was low 2 lbs. Additionally he went into attic and discovered a large section of ductwork on the floor of the attic. We had been cooling the attic. This repair was quickly done. Needless to say we purchased a maintenance contract. He changed 2 filters as well. While much more involved than we thought we couldn't be happier to now enjoy cool air and at a lower temp. Greg is a stellar technician. Couldn't be happier with company and with Greg.
