Performed pressurized leak check and used electronic refrigerant sniffer no leak could be found at this time. Charge system back to manufactured specifications using 2 pounds of R22 refrigerant. System is now cooling properly.

Today’s call consisted of client being concerned that water was dripping from the secondary line. Upon arrival. I turned the system on to get the water dripping again. Client had a bucket accumulating the secondary trips, and I went ahead and also thoroughly flushed out the primary line, ensuring that there’s no obstructions to the system. I then follow through with checking everything in the attic, crawlspace to ensure that there’s no water in the pan or obstructions to the lines that would create water damage in the attic space. The safety switch was not triggered on the pan, ensuring no water had accumulated in the system, and I thoroughly flushed out the condensation line from the exit point with my CO2 tank as well as the Jones valve located in the attic to ensure that all the water has been cleared thoroughly after ensuring that everything is draining properly I did go ahead and informed the client due to high humidity whether this past week he will see some water dripping from b

The technician conducted the following work: - Installed flex ducting measuring up to 25 feet for two return air vents. - Installed a thermal expansion valve (TXV). - Removed and replaced the evaporator coil. - Installed a new filter drier. - Performed vacuuming and balanced the refrigerant levels. - Installed a pan and a safety switch to enhance system safety and performance.
