The immediate response to my needs was something I experienced on the phone contact and that was a ++++ Then what sold me on this company, even before the the inspection and quote for the work to be done, was the face to face contact upon meeting their representative who came to my home. The Greetings with a smile and the No push - No rush conversation was a +++++++++ I did not get service that day but placed order for repair and equipment purchase and got all scheduled the same day.+++++
