We appreciate that! Thank you for the review 🙂
Thor did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with our AC unit. He was very professional and communicative with us, understood our concerns and our urgency since we had tenants in the home. I appreciated the quick turn around, he answered all my questions and was professional in his follow through. He provided thorough documentation of the issues and the front office staff’s efforts went above and beyond to try to accommodate our warranty issues that came with our new construction home. I would highly recommend Hyde’s for your AC service needs as a local business in the area.
