The service windows were large. I may have missed the call, however, with the service window from 2-7pm on Tuesday 4/16, I asked for a call 30 minutes before Jeff was to arrive and I don’t believe I received contact.

Performed a semiannual cooling service on a split system Refrigerant checked out OK Electrical checked out OK Compressor checked out OK Condensing fan motor checked out OK Thermostat checked out OK Cleared condensate line with CO2 Rinsed condensing unit out with H2O Rinsed the filter located with in the dwelling
Comfort ac service on r410a living area split system and r22 bedroom split system. Fau located inside closet and attic. Replaced filters, cleared lines and washed coils. Checked all ac componets, freon levels, volts, amps and capacitors. Found bedroom systems fan motor running over max amps. Rated 1.3 reading 1.4-5. Found bedroom system did not have hard start kit but living area did. Recommended added start kit to increase the life of the compressor or Recommended replacement of system. Sent over estimate on fan motor and start kit. Client will call to follow up on replacement estimate. Signed up on yearly agreement.
I changed out (3) filters and put in (3) pleated filters and I also took pictures
I found that the wiring behind the thermostat was not making a connection and I reconnected the wiring and tested
I advise client that Iâ€™ll be back tomorrow with a new circuit board and that the office will call to schedule time for tomorrow
Inducer fan motor grinding, quoted on repair. Will wait and contact Hydeâ€™s. Declined Hydeâ€™s comfort plan.
I Performed Maintenance on both the Cooling Systems. Also replaced a 20x25 and 14x25 Filters. I also flushed both of the condensate drains. Both Cooling Systems are 2016 and 2011 models located on the ground. I found that the Payne System Dual Run Capacitor tested slightly out of Range. I advised homeowner about it and recommended replacing the Capacitor. Client declined at this time. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also cleaned a washable filter. The system is a 2014 model located on the ground. I also added 1 pound of R-410A Freon and tested. The Subcool is at 9 and Superheat is at 26 Degrees. I also advised homeowner about adding a Start Kit. Start Up Amps are reading at 125.4 and is rated for 104. Client to advise. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Comfort ac service on new American standard platinum split system. Fau located inside attic. Washed coils, replaced filters and cleared condensation line on south side of home. Checked all ac component, freon levels and amps. Renewed on yearly agreement.
Dropped off permit and inspected unit
Performed comfort service on 2 cooling system. Replaced 2-20x30 filters. Both systems running at manufacturers specifications.
Found new Honeywell thermostat working okay. Removed and reinstalled old Nest, didnâ€™t work. Installed new customer supplied Nest E thermostat and tested. Air handler is original with hydronic heat. Water valves closed and actuator not wired up. Goodman cooling only condensing unit is a 2011 unit and working.
Upon arrival system wasnâ€™t working nest thermostat was blank checked 24 wires were ok Repleced thermostat system working ok at this time ,left old thermostat in the kitchen counter
Need to order fan control center
I Performed Maintenance on both of the Cooling Systems. Also replaced two 20x25 filters. Both Cooling Systems are 2009 and 2018 models located on the ground. I also flushed both of the condensate drains. I balanced Subcools on both systems to 10 and 13 Degrees respectively. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.

I Performed Maintenance on the Cooling System. Also cleaned a washable filter and flushed the condensate drain. The system is a 2012 model located on the ground. I found that the system was two pounds low on R-410A Freon. I advised client that previous tech had added 3 pounds and advised of a possible leak. I advised client that the Leak may be in The Evaporator Coil due it being a Benchmark Coil. I quoted on a new Coil, and homeowner elected for me to recharge system. Subcool is at 9 Degrees and Superheat at 20 Degrees. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
Performed service on two systems. Both systems operational. Both systems 10+ age. Replaced filters and cleared condensation lines.
Sold system for bedrooms
Client turn system off due to system icing up. Upon arrival I turn system on and checked refrigerant levels. I discovered that system was low on 410a refrigerant. Charged system with 4 pounds of refrigerant and performed visual leak check. There were no signs of a leak I recommend an isolation test to pinpoint where the leak is.
I performed a maintenance on (1) cooling system and I found that everything checked out ok. Then I cleaned out (1) filters and flushed out the condensate drain located on the ground
