Cold desert winter...heat went out; three days later we had both heat and new air unit (ours was 30 years old). Whole experience was smooth and efficient. Technicians and staff were friendly and attentive. Big air unit...small installation footprint. We liked, in particular, notification of arrival time and punctuality. Staff were clearly proud of working for Hydes and pride showed in their attitude and work.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also cleaned a washable filter. The system is a 2017 model located in the inside closet. I also flushed the condensate drain. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.
I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. The system is a 2006 model located in the garage. I also flushed the condensate drain. I advised client of water damage and mentioned to him about a Water Safety Switch. I also advised about R-22 Freon being phased out. I recommended replacing the system and mentioned to client about our special. Client is Barryâ€™s neighbor and Barry will come over and go over options with client. Everything else checked out operational at the time of service.

We will perform a panel tuneup on the main and subpanel of the property. We will install in-home surge protection. We will replace the convenience outlet in the kitchen. We will install a new dimmer located in the dining room. We will install LED strip lights in the kitchen.
I performed a maintenance on (1) heating system and I found that everything checked out ok. Then I changed out (1) filters and I flushed out the condensation drain located on the ground
I performed a maintenance on (2) heating systems and I found that the living room system condensation drain is broken and leaking water onto the platform and the platform will need to be replaced . I also found carbon monoxide leaking out of the vent in the attic and I advise client about replacing the system. Barry is following up with client. Then I cleaned out (2) filters and flushed out the condensation drain

Performed furnace maintenance on 5 ton upflow located in garage. Changed 14x30 filter located with fau, and cleared condensate line. Monitored all heating components and safety switches and all were working properly. Checked volts, amps, and capacitors and all were operating within specified ranges.

Located in garage Condenser is located on grounds 4 ton. Changed two 20x25 filters located at furnace. Follow the sequence of operation testing volts, amps, capacitorâ€™s and heating safety switch. Cleared out condensation drain line. Cleaned out burners, electrical and furnace. Both thermostat checked out ok. Equipment checked out operational at this visit Replaced 20uF capacitor Goodman furnace
Performed furnace maintenance on 2018 American Standard upflow in garage with homeowner provided 5â€ filter. Cleared condensate line and monitored all heating and electrical components and all were operating to specifications. Inside closet unit - changed 24x24 filter with FAU, cleared condensate drain, checked capacitors, amps, volts, and temp rise. Monitored all heating and electrical components and all were to specifications.

Performed furnace maintenance on 2016 American Standard upflow located in inside closet. Cleared condensate drain and washed washable filter. Monitored all heating and electrical components and all were operating to specifications. Found 0ppm CO.
Performed furnace maintenance on two 2012 Trane upflow systems located in inside closet (laundry room). Cleared condensate drains and changed (2) 16x25 filters located with FAUs. Monitored all electrical components and all were operating to specifications. Second FAU was not releasing gas after HSI turned on, was getting 24v at valve when needed. Cycled unit a few times and it must have cleared out any clogged orifice because flames turned on after 5th time. Everything was operating properly at time of service.

Followed sequence of operation and checked volts, amps and heating safety switch. Cleaned out burners and electrical. Cleared condensation drain line. Thermostat checked out ok. New equipment everything checked out operational at this visit.

Quoted on two 5 Ton American Standard Gold 17 two stage cooling upflow systems. Includes free Water heaters Ecobee 3 wi fi thermostat and 18 months no interest financing
No heat, heat pump package unit not operational. Found lock rotor compressor, outdoor fan motor and noticed oil in bottom corner of evaporative coil. Do not Recommend repairs replacement of equipment is recommended due to age, multiple component failure, high cost of repair and the fact that the system uses freon which phased out Jan 1st 2020. Once we have approval and deposit we can install next business day.
Comfort heater service on 2015 American standard split system and 2007 r22 2 1/2 ton split system. Fau located inside two outside closets. Replaced filters. Checked all heater components, static pressure, volts, amps and capacitors. Found 2007 master area fau platform in horrible shape. See video. Mike to follow up with estimate. Water heater is 2005 40 gallon.
Upon arrival turn the system on to heat but system would go through its heating cycle but blower motor will not engage. With further inspection I discovered system had a faulty circuit board. Installed new OEM circuitboard and cycled system. System now heating properly. Spoke with client about equipment special with 50 gallon water heater. Mike will contact owner.
