Air went out last night—bad luck for August in desert. I called office at 6:40 am, left message, and received return call at 7:10. Within 40 minutes Frank was knocking at our door. Frank is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. I liked that he explained things as he worked. He had unit working again in a matter of minutes. I might add that, in this era of pandemic, Frank was wholly sensitive to safe practices. Very small “footprint.” All of which reaffirms that Hyde’s was the right folks to handle our air conditioning needs.
Very good service

Same issue. Unit starts right up after you mess with wiring. Jeff replaced disconnect and so that ruled out that. Found unit would cut in and out when I mess with low voltage terminal on board. I recommended replacing board. Client wanted cheaper repair so I just installed relay for blower and contactor. We will see how heat goes in winter.
