Replaced 43 existing landscape lights with new 12v led landscape lighting as per customer and performed a diagnostic on outlets non op in backyard. Found that gfci was tripped in gfci protecting circuit. Reset gfci outlet to restore power to affected areas. Found that gfci outlet was tripped this morning, and upon further inspection of circuit, I found that one of the runs was bad in between outlets and was causing the gfci outlet to trip. Gave customer price for repairs for their consideration.

Performed heating maintenance on 2013 Goodman 80% upflow gas furnace in garage. Replaced 16x25 filter with filter rack. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned our burner compartment. Cleaned off furnace panels/body. Emerson older generation thermostat responding fast, working properly. Heating sequence of operations was performed properly. Zero carbon monoxide detected. 42° heat rise. Furnace has proper sediment trap for code /inspection. Grounded properly and proper polarity (93.4v). All electrical, safety, and heating components were working properly and within manufacture specs. Found 20uF blower motor capacitor well out of range and susceptible to fail completely anytime. Recommended and replaced blower motor capacitor. 2-year warranty for original homeowner Mr.Ehrhardt. Notes.

Heating service and safety check. Replaced filter, cleared drain line in attic. Verified sequence of operation is operational at this time. Verified gas and electrical connections are secure. Found return air duct pinched and restricted airflow. Adjusted ductwork to allow better airflow. Equipment is past life expectancy and advised may have potential breakdowns in cooling do to age. Advised existing equipment in poor condition also uses refrigerant that is phased out and no longer manufactured parts for repairs. Highly recommend replacement of equipment to prevent multiple potential problems during summer heat. Performed heating maintenance on 2014 American Standard upflow 80% gas furnace in inside closet. Replaced 20x25 filter with fau. Cleared condensation drain. Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one American standard upflow system located in the closet axis. I first began with replacing the filter in the unit ensuring proper airflow is being returned back to the unit at minimum restrictions. I then made sure that the Emerson thermostat is properly calling for heat and turning the unit on the temperature supply check is accurate ensuring that the home is being warm to the proper temperature. The condensation line has been cleared via Jones valve, ensuring that the line is properly draining and the amps on the system checked out in the correct range confirming there’s a controlled voltage being used throughout the unit overall, this American standard unit is operating to the manufacturer standards at this time of preventative maintenance **pre booked for July 10 Friday @11 am **

Perform annual heater maintenance. Washed washable filter. Checked amps, volts and clean burner and electrical compartment. Checked gas and static pressures also checked temperature rise and all safety switches. Cycled system from thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Found all electrical and safety components to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and heating properly at time of service.

Arrived at customer’s home to replace one undercabinet light in the kitchen with new led undercabinet light, retrofit two 4 ft flourescent tube fixtures to led, and to install new wireless doorbell. Performed all tasks as requested by customer and customer informed me that they have another 4 ft flourescent tube fixture to be retrofitted to led. Gave customer quote for retrofit and customer signed for it to get on the schedule.

Check furnace found capacitor reading 6.9 rated 7.5 replace capacitor tested everything else is working properly also advice blower need attention sent estimate,,,,,,schedule summer visit for June 16 between 9 and 11,,,,,also schedule blower cleaning for March the 4

Putting job on hold need to contact supply house that has correct inducer motor. We will be making inducer draft motor repair next week and also perform maintenance after repair. Client has been called.
