Installed surge protector underneath panel with a weather rated box. Labeled panel accordingly. Lastly we installed three bubble cover to exterior outlets, outlets were also replaced.

Checked r22 refrigerant pressures. Equipment very low on refrigerant 12 degrees temperature split advised temperature split should be between 18-20 degrees difference for proper cooling. Equipment operating though is running continuously due to leak in refrigerant system. R22 refrigerant no longer manufactured though can refill refrigerant. Advised coils leaking are not manufactured. heating maintenance on 2022 heat pump spit system. Client already changed out filter. Followed sequence of operations checked blower motor speeds, electrical components, and temperature rise. 1050 is operating properly no alerts found on system. System is operating properly at this time of service.

Maintenance service on 2005 Bryant equipment. Replaced filters, cleared drain line, cleaned coils. Cleaned dust out of electrical components, cleaned mechanical platform in attic. Verified heating and cooling operations are operational at this time. Verified gas and electrical connections are secure. Replaced very weak capacitors on living room system. Verified r22 refrigerant is within perimeter. Advised equipment is operating though in very poor condition well past life expectancy.

Arrived on location found lights out breaker tripped after tracing circuit and opening up ceiling found where the roof Repair had shot a staple through the Romax. Removed staple from Romax re-taped wire and restored power back to fixtures also hung ceiling fan and kitchen and signed them up on the Hyde’s family comfort plan. when getting ready to leave, the customer decided to do the Hyde’s family comfort plan we signed them up for October. Maintenance also want to follow up on the price of filters
