Performed annual AC maintenance on 2014 American standard split system. Changed 20 x 30 by one filter located in the hallway. Checked amps, volt, capacitor and start kit. Check refrigerant levels, superheat , subcool,line temperature and temperature split. Flush condensation line and washed condensing coil. Also washed mini split coil and filter. Found all electrical components and refrigerant levels to be within manufacturer specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Upon arrival condenser working blower motor wasn’t 20 + R 22:check system capacitor is out range blower motor is not working talk about repair and replacement sent different options client will let us know tomorrow

Service air temp,,micro channel,,,2022 ,,,split system. Cleared all electrical components of dust and debris, verified proper sequence of operation, checked volts and amps, checked start and run capacitors, verified refrigerant levels, line temperatures and took temperature splits and cycled equipment. Wash condensing coil for unit and mini split,,checked out OK, system is within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time,,,,,

Performed annual cooling maintenance on 2024 split system. Changed customer supplied filters, cleared condensation lines. Cycled system in cooling. Checked capacitor, LRA, rla and Fla. checked refrigerant pressures. Washed condenser coil, equipment is cooling properly at this time.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2013 American Standard gold series condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located inside fau, fau located in garage, changed filter, flushed condensation line, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Maintenance for cooling on a 2010 4 ton American standard split system. Condensation line cleared filters changed. Two 16 x 20 filters located at upflow furnace inside of the home. Ecobee thermostat working properly. Check system sequence of operation. Check compressor amps, check fan motor amps, check capacitors and fuses, check Freon and pressure. Upon maintenance notice contactor was having difficulty engaging, part is original to condensing unit. Recommended client replaced two pole contactor before it fails. Client agreed and signed estimate. Installed two 2 pole contactor. Check systems operation. Washed outdoor unit down. System is working at time of maintenance. Home is cooling properly. Client acknowledges system is 16 years old.

Performed annual cooling maintenance on a 2022 American Standard Platinum 4ton heat pump. FAU located in indoor closet. Cleared condensation line. Replaced 20x20 filter located in hallway upper wall. Followed sequence of operations and checked voltage, amperage, temperature split, Freon levels, found no error codes on CDA, and rinsed condenser coils. Everything checked out in range. 1050 thermostat checked out operational. Informed client about renewing HFCP, client stated he’ll call office. System is working at manufacture specifications in cooling at this time of service.

Check for any short wires no short wires found thermostat went from 76 to 66 inside temp thermostat check settings,,,,,everything is working properly except blower comes out randomly every one a while advice client thermostat ends to be replaced

Arrived at customer’s home to perform an electrical safety inspection and give an estimate for other work customer wants done. Found that main breaker/bussing underneath was burning/melting. Informed and showed customer this and informed him that he needs t replace main breaker panel before complete failure of panel. Also found expired smoke detectors throughout home and one room that did not have a detector. Customer requested a price for work he wants done and for a panel upgrade. Sent customer both estimates to complete scope of work for today. Customer requested that we add a senior discount to today’s bill and the estimates that have been sent to him.
