Performed a heating maintenance on an ultra Lonox American standard furnace located in attic. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and temperature rise. At this time, sequence of operations is within range and system is heating up the house properly. Make sure to clean out condensation line from attic access as well as changed out filters and finish maintenance by making sure system switch back into cool mode correctly at this time all is within range

Both Systems have secondary drain pans, but no water safety switches. Advised client of both systems having weak blower motor run capacitors. I then advised client of deteriorating duct work and advised on future replacement of ductwork. Recommended replacement of the original 2003 model unit due to age. Client to advise. Both Heating Systems checked out operational at the time of the service. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

I Performed Maintenance on the Heating System. Also replaced a 16x30 and 14x14 Filters. The system is a 2023 American Standard Platiunum Heat Pump model located in the master closet attic and outside on the ground. I also flushed the condensate drain. I advised client about installing an Air Scrubber or a Reme Halo LED, client to decided to install an Air Scrubber. Client signed estimate. Verifed surge protectors are working properly. Scheduled next maintenance visit online.

Hydes Heating and Air has been great in keeping our heating and air running smoothly. Everyone that has come to our home from Hydes has been fantastic. Great work and I believe they really do care. Amador Cuevas came today to check out our garage mini-split. We thought there was an electrical issue but it was actually our sprinkler controller and not the mini-split causing the issue. He nonetheless checked everything out and assured us all is in order. Highly recommend Hydes.
