Verified sequence of operations and confirmed proper system performance with an average temperature split of 20°F. Performed a cooling maintenance on 3 American standard split systems units. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels also cleaned out compensation lines with CO2 tank as well as cleaned out electrical compartment on condenser units at this time. All three units are cooling down the area properly reaching temperatures of 75° finish maintenance by changing out filters throughout building as well as by making sure thermostats are operating properly.

Performed annual AC maintenance on American standards POV split heat pump. Change 12 x 12 and 20 x 30 filters. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, and cleaned electrical compartment. Check, refrigerant levels, super heat, sub cool, and temperature split. Cleared line and clean coils. Also adjust fan speed due to home filling humid. found all electrical components in the refrigerant levels to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at customer service.

Upon arrival, reset breaker but system would continue to trip breaker. Removed compressor from electrical circuit and system would operate without tripping the breaker. System has a grounded compressor. Emailed estimate for partial and complete system replacement.

The recent service involved the installation of a 4-ton A S Silver 14 SEER R410A condenser, alongside a new disconnect box. This work was completed following all necessary protocols to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Arrived to remove the existing ceiling fan and replace it with a customer-supplied ceiling fan. Upon arrival, the customer informed me that she wished to retain the current ceiling fan and that the issue was with her wall-mounted fan remote, which was malfunctioning. I tested the remote and confirmed it was not functioning properly. I provided continuous power to the ceiling fan to verify its operation but was not receiving power at the fan's circuit connection. I tested for electrical continuity and confirmed there was no continuity on either end of the circuit. Using a tone generator, I identified where the tones from both ends of the wiring circuit ended. I inquired if the customer had recently undergone any remodeling work; she noted that she had recently experienced water damage in her ceiling due to a damaged sprinkler. A repair company had cut into the drywall to fix the sprinkler in the area where the wiring tone terminated. Based on these observations, I concluded that the

Performed annual heater maintenance on Goodman split gas system and Goodman split heat pump. Change 20 x 20 and 20 x 30 filters. Also check temperature rise and all safety switches .Cycled system from ecobee thermostat. Thermostat is operational. Checked refrigerant levels, super, subcool and temperature split.Recommend installing water safety switch and Jones valve. also recommend installing compressor savor kit for split heat pump. Leak search: Disassemble Evap Coil or Condenser. Pressurize refrigeration lines and Evaporator Coil with Nitrogen to 500-600 psi and use Electronic leak detector to locate leak. Evacuate line set and evaporator. This will determine the next course of action. This is just the cost to find the leak. After the source of the leak has been determined you will be given a quote to repair or replace the component that is leaking. Found leak in outdoor condenser coil. Will be calling Lennox to see about warranty on coil. Advised client I will call them to go over what Lennox told me.

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Stated they had to add refrigerant in the past. Cycled system and found outdoor unit not running. Found system off on low pressure switch. Found system completely flat on refrigerant. Advised client we have a leak in the system. Advised we need to return to do a leak search. Advised client leak can occur in outdoor unit, evaporator coils or lines. Advised we will pressurize system and use ultra sonic leak search to find leak. Once leak in found we will go over repair or replace options and then recharge the system.

Installed new compressor under warranty.

Arrived to install a six-inch LED trim light and run a new switch leg circuit over the sink. Cut drywall above the existing double gang switch box and above the upper cabinet. Ran the circuit from the double gang box to the six-inch cutout above the sink. Connected the six-inch light and switch. Customer provided the light fixture, two switches, and a double gang cover plate.

Compressor making loud unusual noise. Checked capacitors are good, electrical connections are secure. Will order new compressor under warranty. S/n-243825jwjf for living room. To late to order compressor Will order Monday.

Heating service and safety check on 2005/2006 equipment. Replaced filter, cleared drain lines. Verified sequence of operation is working properly. Checked cooling operation and verified equipment does turn on. Advised equipment in very poor condition past life expectancy. Equipment has multiple potential problems due to age and poor condition.
