Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2022 Bryant condenser, condenser located on left side of home, filter located inside fau, fau located in hallway closet, changed 2 16x20 filter, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance. Pre booking offered but declined at the time of maintenance.

Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2022 American standard split system. Check sequence of operations by checking out all electrical and refrigeration levels. at this time, system is cooling down the house properly with no errors or alerts present. All electrical and refrigeration levels are well within range. System is reaching designated temperature on thermostat finish maintenance by washing down unit and changing out filter.

Sent estimate for mini split

Arrived to complete previously diagnosed repairs related to E18 and E17 blower communication faults. During inspection, the existing circuit board was found to have visible burn/heat marks within the control circuitry, confirming circuit board damage. Removed and replaced the failed circuit board. After restoring power and cycling the equipment, the E18 fault cleared; however, the system then displayed an E17 blower communication fault. Prior to replacing the blower motor, 24V was applied at the appropriate communication pins to verify blower response. The blower failed to operate during testing, confirming an additional blower motor/module failure. Removed and replaced the blower motor assembly. After installation, all harnesses and electrical connections were secured and power was restored. The blower began ramping properly and responding to system commands as designed. Performed a cooling maintenance on a 15+ R22 York condenser, condenser located on backside of home, filter located inside fau, fau located in hallway closet, changed 20x30 filter, flushed condensation line, check for thermostat, on condenser check for amperage and voltage, check for compressor, check for freon level, check for capacitors, check for disconnect box everything within range also clear out dust accumulated inside electrical component area and rinsed condenser coil. System is working within specification in cooling at the time of maintenance.

Arrived to find system inoperative with active E17 fault indicating blower motor communication failure. Verified approximately 12 VDC communication voltage at the IMBC/control board and confirmed 120 VAC was present at the blower motor line-voltage connector. Followed manufacturer troubleshooting procedures and performed blower motor isolation testing. Blower motor/module did not respond during testing. During further diagnostics, system changed from E17 to E18. Manufacturer troubleshooting information indicates that if E18 remains after the communication harness reset procedure, the IMBC/control board is also considered failed. System was left off and will require replacement of the IMBC/control board along with the blower motor/module. Repairs are planned for tomorrow. Will verify with supervisor whether the blower motor/module remains under warranty, as the blower motor was replaced approximately one year ago.

Diagnostic on 2005 model equipment. Blower motor failed and is non operational. Client has home warranty and will see if they will cover repairs. Recommend replacing blower motor. Attached estimate below also emailed

Demand call upon arrival client stated cold air coming from underneath mobile home. System is an upflow. Crawled underneath mobile and verify return ducting. Ducting and system cooling, return ducting properly sealed. Panel from right side of the home fell off and client was concerned it was cause by the ducting underneath the home leaking. Spoke with client about why panel fell off. Properly secured panel.

Maintenance for cooling on a AIRTEMP micro channel 3 ton downflow split system. Furnace located in a closet in the hallway. 20 x 30 filter located in furnace. Condensation line cleared filter changed. Thermostat checks out OK. Check system sequence of operation. Checked compressor amps, checked fan motor amps, checked capacitor, checked breaker box, checked Freon and temperature split. Washed our unit down. Inrush above manufacture spec. Spoke with client and recommend compressor saver kit. Sent estimate. System is working at time of maintenance. Home is cooling properly.

Upon arrival, Client stated she has had trouble multiple times with thermostat and does not know how to work it. Client had thermostat on a set schedule. She did not set set thermostat to permanent hold all this within range. No diagnostic needed. Client renewed membership. Client paid by check.
