Today’s call consisted of one Goodman system located at the side of the home. I first began at the Honeywell thermostat to ensure that the thermostat is calling for cooling to the system with no errors and there’s no alerts on it. I then check the condensation line and I went ahead and cleared the system after clearing it a few times there was a small amount of drainage occurring. Once I opened the panel, the system already had a hard start kit, and I went ahead and checked the amperage on the blower of the fan and it is testing out safely in the correct range. The fuse is at the disconnect box are also testing out normal in the correct range. Clients also have a protection at the disconnect box and it is still with a green light. The capacitor also successfully tested out for its rated amount ensuring it’s in the correct range. Upon arrival, indoor unit operational not outdoor unit. Upon further investigation on a blown run capacitor after replacing run capacitors this is screwed up and started to cool down the house properly compressor amps fan motor amps and refrigeration levels are within range. Highly recommend signing up on maintenance plan to keep system cooling properly. I will call us back at a later time to do maintenance.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2025 American standard furnace is locate inside home changed out two 20/20x2 filters Checked all electrical components and refrigerant levels checked volts and amps, capacitor was within range, checked sub cool and superheat in line temp and cycled system. Thermostat checks out OK washed condensing coil, System was within manufacturers specifications and cooling and operating properly at this time of service.

Gym has a lockbox on a Honeywell 5000, calling for cooling to 78°, indoor temp 86°. To turn on equipment there’s a dial timer under thermostat, turn it past ten minutes and all equipment came on. Found system low on r420a, added 1 pound and numbers are to specs, now getting a 24° split, was getting 16° before repair. Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose breaker for gate that is loose. Found that breaker was not properly seated onto bussing. Properly seating breaker on bussing and restored power to breaker to confirm proper operation.
