Perform a heating maintenance on a gas Goodman furnace unit located inside closet. Check sequence of operations by checking out temperature rise and electrical components at this time system is heating up the house properly. Make sure your system switched back into cool mode properly upon checking refrigeration levels informed clients that refrigeration levels are low again. Best option would be to replace units due to age and refrigeration type. Also found run capacitor rated for 45 was getting 40 inform homeowner that would highly recommend replacing rent compositor if they decide not to get a new unit anytime soon. Will send estimate via email finish maintenance by giving a Starbucks gift card changing out filter and cleaning out condensation line.

Today’s annual maintenance consisted of one upflow American standard system. I first replaced the filter to ensure there’s proper air flow being returned to the system without restriction. I then cleared the condensation line via jones valve to ensure proper draining is occurring on the system. I then checked the 1050 thermostat to make sure there’s no error codes or messages on the system. Thermostat is properly calling for heating and turning on the furnace. All of the sequence of heating operations checked out good, flame ignited and heating the house successfully. The amp rush checked out good on the system creating a good controlled voltage for the blower. Overall the system is successful heating the home and operating properly at this time. Client also received their gift card for scheduling the maintenance early in October.

Upon arrival client stated system had iced up. He just turned system back on. Found charge fine. Took static pressure and found very high static pressure indicating restriction in air flow. Low air flow will cause system to ice up. Found very high static pressure across the evaporator coil. Took picture of coil and found coil plugged. Recommend pulling and cleaning evaporator coil. I had to do this same repair on previous system. Return is on lower side wall and dog cage was next to it.
