Arrived at customer’s home to retrofit fluorescent tube lights in kitchen to led. Removed and disconnected existing fluorescent tube lights and rewired fixture to accommodate led retrofits. Landed all connections and restored power to fixtures. Tested fixtures and confirmed color and brightness with customer to complete scope of work for today.

Indoor safety inspection and maintenance on one gas horizontal and one split heat pump. Gas furnace executed the sequence of operation in heating with no carbon monoxide detected in the home. Checked static pressure, blower motor amp draw and blower capacitor. Cleared condensate drain and replace filters. Checked refrigerant circuit diagnostic on heat pump. Both systems are functioning according to manufacturers specifications. Pre-booked summer maintenance – Starbucks.

Demand call: noisy compressor Client stated compressor runs loud and that last night, compressor did not want to turn over on startup. Diagnostics revealed high starting amperage. Installed compressor saver kit to lower stress on startup. Running and starting amperage measure within manufacture specifications. Client paid Via C. C.

Talked to client once client once client gets home a week from now. Client is going to call the office to put this call on schedule to look at ductwork

Performed a heating maintenance on a gas furnace located in hallway closet. Check all electrical and temperature rise. Cleaned out condensation line changed out filter at this time. System is heating up the house properly. Finish maintenance by making sure system switched back into cool mode properly.

Today’s safety maintenance consisted of to upload furnace is located in the garage. I first begin with replacing both of the 20 x 25 filters. Both of the Honeywell thermostats are properly calling for cooling and heating at this time of service. The water overflow that the client was concerned about was on the floor in his garage coming from the water heater that went out. He is getting the water heater replaced tomorrow. I also ensure that both of the condensation lines are cleared and and the water pumps are working efficiently to pump all the water out both blower amps are checking out in the correct range. System amperage tested out in the correct range as well. Flame successfully ignited for both of these furnaces and I took a temperature supply. Check to ensure that the home is being heated efficiently to the desired temperature. Overall, both of the systems are heating and cooling efficiently at this time of today’s safety maintenance. Client also received his October gift card

After Diagnostic found faulty condenser fan motor # last 4 P61F ordered from Howard once received for office to schedule to replace motor

Gave customer a phone call to answer questions about timer switch install yesterday. Customer stated that he had trouble programming timer switch and that the pump for the fountain in front yard stopped working. Customer also stated that they hear a humming sound coming from the pump. To me this indicates that pump is getting power, but malfunctioning due to a bad pump/clog, etc. informed customer that if fountain contractor can not get pump working due to power, that we would take a look at it when we come out to retrofit lights in kitchen.

Comfort indoor service on two Lennox split systems. Fau located inside master closet attic. Replaced filters throughout the house. Flushed condensate lines in attic. Checked all heater and safety components. Blower capacitors within range. Duct work in fine shape. Found garage doesn’t have any insulation. Gave client Starbucks card and renewed on yearly agreement.
