Performed a cooling maintenance on a 2005 BRYANT gas package. The refrigerant circuit diagnostic was good. Hermetic capacitor was found measuring below manufacturer specifications 30/35uf. Low capacitors add excessive heat to the motor. Evaporative coil was full of grit, dirt and debris. Estimate sent for evap cleaning. Disconnect box used to cut power to the package unit is in very poor shape and not good for service. During the maintenance, the disconnect broke in my hand, leaving the fuse in the box. Recommend replacing disconnect box for future service. Estimates sent via email. Club membership has also been sent via email. Home is currently under remodel and system is cooling the home at the time of maintenance.

Upon arrival client stated system not cooling. Found outdoor unit not running due to failed capacitor and hard start kit. Installed capacitor and hard start kit. System is properly running.

Arrived at customer’s home to give a price for various electrical projects throughout the home. We will complete an advanced diagnostic on non op doorbell/chime, fix loose outlets in garage, replace undercabinet lights in kitchen, and add outlet in casita bathroom for bidet.

Arrived at customer’s home to diagnose non op ring doorbell. Found that ring doorbell that was installed required a higher voltage than what was present. Customer also had two other doorbell cameras just in case. Replaced currently installed doorbell with another ring doorbell that required a lower voltage, and doorbell operated properly. Hung doorbell camera on wall and tested to verify proper operation with customer.

Arrived to diagnose the issue of the jacuzzi breaker tripping when the air conditioning unit is turned on. During the inspection of the breaker and the bus bar in the panel, I noted that the AC breaker was oversized for the AC unit and wiring. The bus bar in the panel was in good condition. The AC unit shows signs of aging and may draw higher current during initial startup. I discussed my findings with the homeowner and recommended replacing the 60-amp breaker with a 50-amp breaker for the AC circuit. I also advised installing a start-up kit or replacing the AC unit. The homeowner agreed to proceed with replacing the 60-amp breaker for the time being.

Performed cooling maintenance on 2010 American Standard non-drive platinum split system. Changed 20x25 filter inside garage furnace. Cleared condensation drain. Cleaned out electrical compartment. Honeywell 8000 thermostat working properly. Checked amps, volts, start/run capacitors, refrigerant charge and temperature split (21)…. Cleaned condenser coil. Installed a 2-ton American Standard Silver 14 upflow split heat pump system and S200 thermostat.

Performed precision tuneup on 2016 Goodman split heat pump air handler located in inside closet condenser located on roof. Customer washed and changed filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, and cleaned electrical compartment. Also insured all wires were tight and secure. Checked refrigerant levels, super heat, subcool and temperature split. Cleared line and cleaned condenser coil. Also service mini split. Found all electrical components and refrigerator levels to be within manufactured specifications. System is operating and cooling properly at time of service.

Perform annual AC maintenance on 2015 York micro channel condensing unit FAU located in upstairs closet. System has a 16 x 25 by one filter. Checked amps, volts, capacitor, and cleaned electrical compartment. Checked refrigerant levels found system to be restricted,,,,sent estimate

Performed AC Cooling maintenance on. 2013/3-ton/Gold American Standard split system, straight cool. Replaced 20x25 filter inside furnace in inside closet. Cleared condensation drain. Honeywell 6000 thermostat working properly. Cleaned out condenser electrical compartment and disconnect box. All wiring tight and secure. Checked start and run amps and capacitors. Checked high and low voltages. Checked refrigerant charge/temperature split. Cleaned condenser coil. Removed twigs and branches from top and side of condenser. System is cooling properly at time of maintenance. Homeowner accepted pre-booking for 2026 fall heating maintenance.
